In the wake of Monroe and Rosalee’s wedding, things have never been more chaotic. Nick, having lost his Grimm abilities, must dig deep and decide what type of person he wants to be. With Captain Renard in critical condition after being gravely injured and Juliette trying to come to grips with Nick’s recent betrayal, the world of Grimm is spiraling out of control more than ever. As even more dangerous Wesen are making their way to the great northwest, it’s going to take all of Team Grimm’s strength and energy to keep Portland from bursting open at the seams. Watch all 22 spine-chilling episodes back-to-back and uninterrupted in Grimm: Season Four. Review: Best Season Yet! - I love Grimm soooo much! Its just such a good modern and original series and season 4 does NOT disappoint at all and has you on the edge of your seat as usual. A lot is going on in this series and a lot of it centres around the consequences of Adaland's very convincing deception of Nick as Juliet. You will never quite believe the consequences to be honest until you watch but its that similar to a Roman tragedy. This unconventional love triangle sets itself to a whole new level this series which sees feeling sorry for Juliet but on the flip side hating her and surprisingly feeling sorry for Adaland. Oh the beauty of what changes in a series! The usual suspects are all going through things too with Hank taking on something not quite so Westen, Rosalee and Monroe tested to new limits in a brush with death, Captain Shaun Renard dealing with his own demon and aftermath of the shooting which seen him at deaths door, Trubel as usual causing trouble and Officer Woo coming into his own in the Wessen world. And of course there is the constant threat of the Royals, the whole resistance, Diana and Nicks mum to content with too. With so much going on, its an another action packed and amazing series with a killer ending which is making me sooo desperate to watch Season 5 which I believe is currently airing on Watch here in the UK. A series like no other and which hasn't failed yet to keep me on the edge of my seat. :) Cassandra220689 Review: THE WORLD OF THE WEIRD AND WONDERFUL CONTINUES - I am totally hooked on this franchise and, even though it's gone away from the original format, it hasn't lost anything. David Giuntoli is excellent as Detective Nick Burkhardt / Grimm, as is Russell Hornsby as Detective Hank Griffin and Nick's partner, Silas Weir Mitchell as Monroe, Bree Turner as Rosalee Calvert and Sasha Roiz as Captain Sean Renard and Reggie Lee as Sergeant Drew Wu is great. What spoiled it for me was the performance by Bitsie Tulloch who plays Juliette Silverton; she really annoyed me as a lot of her performance, to me, was wooden. She also looks anorexic in this season as she's become drawn and her face looks totally emotionless; perhaps she's had botox. Claire Coffee who plays Adelind Schade over-acts and she really doesn't need to. Fortunately the other characters counteracted this. The introduction of Jacqueline Toboni as Teresa "Truble" Rubel was just inspired and, in the final moments of the last episode, I hope she has succeeded permanently in doing what she did (nothing more or it will be a spoiler). These are personal observations and don't detract from the fact that I'm looking forward to Season 5 if only to see where the writers will take us next.

This is a series i loved from day 1.It has David Greenwalt(Buffy) on the credits & so thats a hallmark of quality right there. This is better than Buffy! Youll fall in love(or hate) with all of the characters in one weekend binge. This isnt heavy or meaningful....Its just good old fashioned monster of the week entertainment with a decent story arc going through it.Think "Supernatural" crossed with a good cop show.I bought this for my Sister(whos been converted,)& the copy went missing in the post, but this company got straight on it & replaced it within a day.Very satisfied.

Wot? No more Grimm powers?
Thank goodness for Miss T. Rubel, a proper Grimm with machete to hand and suffering none of Nick’s moralistic drippy-ness. While Nick struggles with the dilemma of being normal or a Grimm, Trubel and Hank kick Wesen bottom as required, Captain Renard lies in hospital, a new FBI agent enters the fray and the ever delightful Monroe and Rosalee search for a cure for Nick. Poor Wu, as ever, becomes increasingly confused while the Wesen council and Royal power play continues as the search for Adalind’s baby continues. That more-or-less sets the scene for Season 4 and there is so much going on that it would be impossible to further describe the interwoven plot lines without spoilers. There are a couple of standalone episodes that do not really advance the plot much, but on the whole there is so much going on that a couple of quiet episodes allow for a bit of a pause for breath. There are some tremendous mid-season storylines dealing with fallout from Monroe and Rosalee’s mixed marriage and a remarkable change in role for Juliette. Throughout the season the taut plotting, management of pace and the trademark light & witty dialogue continues to lift Grimm far above other run-of-the-mill fantasy TV shows but this season has a much darker and mature tenor. Season five is currently airing in the US so thankfully we have at least one more Christmas Grimm binge-watch to which to look forward.

I own all 6 seasons of Grimm and purchased this as a second copy for our travels. My family and friends absolutely adore this show. We watched it when it was originally on tv and bought the dvd’s as they came out. We were bummed when the show ended but we have Grimm marathons at least twice a year (sometimes more!). This show has everything, sci fi, horror, fantasy, romance, drama, humor, action and great characters. It’s clever, imaginative and entertaining and just plain fun. Despite being bummed that it ended, they did an awesome job with the finale. The buildup wasn’t drug out and it was paced perfectly. They handled the ending with style and grace and satisfying for devout viewers. It’s one of the only shows that I can say wrapped everything up nicely. I highly recommend it and start from the beginning because its wonderful to see the actors grow into their characters. A+++

I won’t give much away if you’re planning on watching the series, but let me just say, the Weson are so interesting. I cannot stress how much I enjoy the cases. This series gives you a little bit of everything. The Grimm’s personal life seems to be front and center here with what happened to him. I won’t say much, but I figured Adalind would be the one throwing bricks at the gang’s glass house. She is an awesome actress. Juliette still hasn’t grown on me. I was trying to figure out why she was misbehaving. It was weird and a bit unreasonable, considering. The judging of Alalind seems hypocritical on several different levels and Nick hating her is a lie he has practiced to try to convince others evidently because he looks at Adalind like he wants to experience her in every way, but is intimidated by her beauty; therefore acts shy and afraid. Almost like a teenage boy who has a crush on the most popular young lady in school. This series has some great cases and there are new and even more interesting Wesen, then there is Juliette and her issues, the captain and his problem, Wu is hilarious, Nick’s mind is filled with a major life changing upcoming event and the person that will make the event a reality, and the rest of his friends are trying to help him the best way they can. Very good season.

I loved this show when it was on TV. Naturally, I purchased it and was not disappointed. It came quickly and the price was good.
