What does it smell like?

It smells a little like Charlie red but a little softer. Love the smell of this perfume and would definitely recommend.

Do the base notes come through after a while?!? I like vetiver type smells 🤔

This fragrance is cheap and it's smells divine it is well worth the money it has a sweet musky smell that lingers on your clothes it's lovely try it
