I love this material do your eyes cross your teeth it absolutely 100% works fast shipping great packaging. You will be drenched in sweat like you sat in a sauna after less than 10 minutes of walking this I will say the only downside is this material can cause you to have a irritating sweat rash they don’t really give any directions in English or at all really for how to clean this entire outfit because you cannot stick it in the wash and you cannot stick it in the Dryer so you’re looking at possibly handwashing spot reading this and if you don’t spot treat or soak this by hand and let it dry. The outfit will smell grungy because the inside is lined with the same material as the grocery bags that are for hot and cold items that you would buy that cost $45 overall great quality just wish the material was washable. My body had an allergic reaction to the material and I ended up getting a sweaty rash that I had for over two weeks just be aware if you intend to buy this, you could have the same allergic reaction that I did.

The jacket is beyond beautiful. It has a slick feeling. Makes you look and feel skinny. The suit makes you sweat very quickly. Really recommend it. 10 out of 10.

I've only used this once for treadmill running and I've never sweat so much in my life. It does the job and seems to be good quality. The sizing chart on this is wild though. Weight differences per size is about 5-10lbs until you get to L and XL and it's 45lbs?! I'm 6'2" and 175 lbs. By the sizing chart I should get a small for hips, large for weight, and 2XL for height. I ordered the large. It fits pretty good and I think going up would end up being too baggy. The only things small on it is if I stretch my arms out the sleeves pull up short of my wrist and the pant leg length is borderline short, but not bad. Neither of those affect how treadmill running feels so they work for me.

True size fiys a lkttle snugg, but once you loose the weight it will be okay! I am 5'9 250lbs athletic build. So far i am down 25lbs now at 225lbs. Fits prefect and has plenty room. Better than the typical trash bag lol!
