Work as needed, great strings for my guitar.

I've been using Elixir Optiweb on my guitars and basses for almost two decades now. Buying anything else is a false economy imho. Keep 'em clean, and they'll last and last. These ones I bought for my Fender American Original Jazzmaster, and (cos it doesn't get as much use as my Strat Plus) they're still like new over six months on. The only other brand I use are LaBella's chunky Jamerson flats (they've been on my Fenders over a decade now; and again, worth paying that extra outlay, the tone still beautiful after all this time etc).

I love elixirs, they feel good and they sound good. Seem to be more expensive than regular strings but they can easily last twice as much.

The best elixir. Always wanted to like the nanoweb and polyweb but they never felt or sounded right to me. I tend to prefer standard D'addarios but these optiweb strings are close with the benefits of needing to be changed less often, not causing grooves in frets as they stay smooth on the underside and they don't cause grey marks on a maple board like standard nickel strings do. I would normally change other strings every 3-4 weeks, get an extra week out of D'addarios, but these optiweb strings can last up to 10 weeks. They tend to stretch so they aren't in tune well before they oxidize. I have managed a full 3 months with a set. The only thing to be cautious of is if you have particularly soft vintage nickel frets as these strings do feel harder and may wear frets quicker. I only use on guitars with stainless frets.

Its been Four months since i stringed them on my ibanez rg guitar and its still good as new one in terms of sound and quality.the sound is bright and gives good sustain.not a single rust so far.the strings are very stable with the floyed rose bridge and holds tune very well.its worth the price.i had used dadderio strings in the past which is a good product but starts to get rust after two weeks of use.this one is a monster.dont care about the price but will always use elixir strings in the comming years.just beware of the fake ones which are chinese made.always buy from authentic seller.

Ho acquistato questa muta elixir 11 49 in sostituzione delle mie vecchie corde, oramai sfinite a causa dell'usura dovuta alle mie mani. Il prodotto è arrivato nei tempi stabiliti grazie alla Logistica di Amazon, nell'imballaggio Amazon. Sono confezionate in una piccola scatola di cartone con e indicazioni delle scalature e delle relative note. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più di queste corde è sicuramente il suono: pulito, preciso e non cupo. Per la loro durata nel tempo invece, dovrò aspettare ancora un po' di tempo, ma al momento mi tengono molto bene l'accordatura e la lucentezza che, già con altre corde, si toglieva al primo utilizzo. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo di queste corde rispetto alle altre che montavo in precedenza. Per questo il mio voto complessivo è 5 stelle. Spero di esserti stato utile. 😊 👇

Ja testei muitas marcas mas a elixir não tem concorrente, esse modelo optiweb é muito melhor que o nanoweb. recomendo demais.
