Q: Porque No me han hecho el reembolso ? ya que no me enviaron la compra, demasiado tiempo para reembolsarme , quiero mi dinero

Ya pasé esa experiencia de solicitar reembolso por un producto que no me llegó y por error el sistema me envió mensaje como entregado ,llamé planteando mi situación y me ayudaron a gestionar mi reembolso lo que tardó 5 días. Le sugiero que llame para agilizar la gestión, a veces por falta de gestión perdemos. Esperando sea de utilidad mi opinión y sugerencia.

Q: Hay alguna forma de cambiarlos en una tienda para probarse otra talla yo soy 10 y me quedaron muy ajustados

Los zapatos que compré me quedaron super bien por que compré media talla más, no todas las marcas tienen la misma orma de zapato en esta marca yo soy talla 8 y en otras soy 7 1/2 ,así que los puede regresar si no los ha usado y le regresan su dinero, luego pide otros en talla 10 y 1/2. Asunto arreglado. Su reembolso del dinero lo gestiona y no tardan en realizarlo . Espero le sirva mi sugerencia.
