I think the device is great, I just started using it to harvest colostrum (I'm still 38 weeks pregnant) because I could not harvest with my hand or at best got a few drops, not enough to collect and it was very painful for days after. But this device has helped significantly and I have been able to collect much more colostrum and I wouldn't say its completely painless, but I am hoping this will be good preparation for when my baby comes and I start breastfeeding for real, I will continue using this when my milk comes in post birth too! So far I've used the device twice and managed to harvest 8-10ml of colostrum, whereas when I tried to hand express I didn't even have enough to fill a teaspoon!

This worked well for 28 days and just suddenly stopped working and wouldn't turn back on, it had plenty of charge left but still couldn't switch it on. Nevertheless, plugged it in to no avail, it's just not taking on any power at all and will not switch back on, so therefore completely useless. Organised a full no quibble refund from Amazon which was a very quick, easy and painless experience plus I don't have to return it, brilliant service from Amazon 👍🏻..... Hindsight, I've read the reviews more thoroughly and have seen other customers have experienced the same issues so seems as if there's a glitch with this product, my bad but I'm just glad I got my money back!

This is the third time I have purchased this item. (For three different pregnancy’s) I had to repurchase due to getting rid of them. I wouldn’t use any other pump and couldn’t recommend a better pump. I have purchased the hands free bra mounted version at a much higher price than these and they are very poor and ineffective. Lilia breast pumps all the way.

I originally scored this 1 star as the pump I received was not getting enough milk out... Lulia however contacted me and sent me a new pump which seemed to work a bit better however compared to another brand of pump I have Lulias does not express my milk as efficient and takes ages to get the same amount thay pump gets out in minutes. Maybe its the flange size that is different so I will change the size and update review if this makes a difference to the expression of milk EDIT: 20.9.23 so been using this again recently and it is ALOT better. Maybe now my milk is established... im getting double than the bellababy out my morning pump . Lulia also sent me a smaller flange . Great customer service as well. I would recommend this pump as it has great suction milk flows out great
