How long do these last after opening?

I would say as long as bag is sealed they are fine for a while. We’ve had ours a month & they are still good . Used by date is oct 23

Does the bag need to be stored in fridge once opened? The directions on the bag are a bit confusing

The uncooked tapioca balls shouldn’t need to be kept in the fridge after opening. I just pegged mine and stored them in a cool dry place :)
