Best portable charger
I use this to charge my phone when I go somewhere. It can even be used to charge laptops with a ctype charger. I can charge my phone completely 4 time using this portable charger. It is a bit heavy but it fits in your pocket. Supprts 30w fast charging.

Amazing 30W Power Bank that can handle cell phones and laptops.
This power bank packs a lot of charge. On a full charge, it can charge my phone from 10% to 100% over 4 times. It also supports 15V and 19V outputs, so I can use it as a back up power for my laptop as well. Another great thing is that its USB Type C output can fast charge if your cable and phone supports it. I am very happy about this product and the value it brings.

Seems to drain battery even when not in use
I'm a bit confused, the product is looking nice, but it seems to drain battery even when my phone isn't connected.I charged it to 100% earlier this week, then didn't touch it. This weekend as I wanted to use it i was surprised to see the battery was at 0% while I didn't use it. Not sure what's happening, i'll charge it again and will send it back if it happens again.UPDATE: the company reached out and explained that lightning cables have a chip that uses power. I testes with USBC/USBA and it doesn’t drain the battery, so it seems to be correct. Also it doesn’t necessarily do that with all power banks because they have different triggers to start power. If you ise it for other things than apple lightning cables it shouldn’t be an issue at all. They also refunded me so great customer service (updating my rating to 4 stars).

Overall very good.
As long as you have a charging cable capable for fast charging, it will charge your device very quickly. However, it will deplete if you keep the cable plugged in. I've forgotten a couple of times and came back to 0% due to this. It's also a little heavy but I'm being picky at this point. Quality seems great so far. I would recommend it.

Not usable for powering devices
This power bank may work as a phone charger, but it isn't suitable for powering devices. In attempting to use it to power (separately) a Roland SP-404MKII and a Fujifilm camera (via USB-C PD to 9V adapter), and also an HDMI monitor, I noted the following:1) The power bank will shut off power randomly. Usually this occurs within the first minute of the device being turned on. When this happens, the display is still lit, as if it's still on, but it's no longer delivering power. If the device being powered has no batteries inside, this can be dangerous, resulting in corrupt data or worse.2) The power bank will cut power to a powered device if anything else is plugged into the power bank.3) The power bank will not deliver any power over USB-C while certain devices are plugged into the USB-A port (a low power HDMI monitor in my case).4) Also, when being used just as a charger, it doesn't automatically power off after the device has been charged. The only way to turn it off is to unplug the device. The flashlight feature is quite weak. The build quality is nice and the included accessories are nice and it does indeed discharge at around 30watts, and the capacity seems to be approximately as claimed.UPDATE:I've discovered an interesting bug (or if it's a feature, one I don't understand). If you press the button to check the level of charge and the plug in a USB-C device, that device will not get PD/Power Delivery for the first 30 seconds, then the power bank will cut power to the device then restore power, negotiating PD. If the device does not have an internal battery, this will either mean it won't work, or it will work and then turn off after 30 seconds. So, unless you're just charging a phone with this, you have to remember to ensure that the display is off, before plugging in your USB-C device in order to avoid this problem. This behavior seems to be common among the many power banks that use this chipset.I was contacted by the seller regarding this review. They were dismissive of my intention to use the power bank do anything other than charge a phone. I don't think this is an unreasonable thing to do at all, as many devices without internal batteries can run off of USB-C PD. And the fact that it had PD was main reason I chose this power bank over others.I cannot not recommend this product, this company or this seller.

Not 30w - never mind? great when it works properly
Definitely not 30w, charged my iPhone 13 when it was at 30% about 2% in 30 mins.Edit:Charged my phone at max speed today, 30- 75% in 30 mins maybe if not more. Also charges my 2021 14” MacBook Pro with no issue. The problem is it has trouble detecting that my iPhone is fast charge comparable and does not show the lighting (dash charge) symbol when plugged in sometimes. Just plugged it back in to charge and it is back to snail charging mode 🤷♂️Comes with a nice carrying bag as well.Great charger and value. When it works properly.Edit 2: the customer service was the best I have ever dealt with and promptly sent a replacement that works properly. I love this thing.

Real pass though charging
Pass through works but expect slowed charging (5 watts) during this mode. The minute I connected my quest the charger (while it’s plugged into a wall adapter) will switch from 15v fast charging to a 5v 1amp charging, so keep this in mind.

Battery capacity is lower than advertised
Seems the battery capacity is more like 11,000 mAh rather than the 20,000 claimed. About 1 full charge from 0 for an iPad Pro 12.9.
