Great product, I love the clean ingredients, and the fact you only need 1 scoop vs 4 scoops like some products

I add a scoop of this every morning to my coffee and don't even know it is in there. I am diabetic and often times will fast in the mornings for blood sugar maintenance. Having a cup of coffee with a scoop of this does not spike my blood sugar at all. There is no flavor and it dissolves very well in my hot beverages.

We enjoy the flavor and the thought of taking a healthy supplement every day. However, it will take time to know if we are experiencing true results. Fingers crossed!

Excellent product

I throw some in my coffee before work. I clean houses so that's my exercise. Hard to say cuz I do take other supplements but is it this that reversed the gray hairs? Certainly possible. Definitely my joints skin and hair are all doing much better than they were before I started using this regularly. Started taking it as a supplement to intensive Lyme treatment, definitely will continue.

Will buy this again. Noticed the difference in skin and hair almost immediately. Easy to put a scooo in your morning coffee and start the day off right.

I have been using this collagen for several months now. My nails and hair are looking great. My nails were splitting because of the fake nails I used to have. They are stronger and growing!
