Good ball easy to blow up and use

I was seeking an affordable 25 cm ball that would bounce and could be used in a classroom for teaching music, and was unable to find anything suitable for sale in the UK. This, when fully inflated, works perfectly for the purpose. The only reason this didn't get 5 stars instead of 4 for me, is that it would've been impossible for me to fully inflate the ball by simply exhaling into it and trying to insert the tiny stopper provided, and if it's not fully inflated, it's not a 25cm diameter ball. I was fortunate to have had both an extra hand pump and an extra (longer, pin-like) stopper from a 65cm anit-burst gym ball. Inflating it 'til tight with the hand pump, quickly blocking the the hole of the ball with a finger, then quickly inserting the much longer plug from the bigger gym ball gave me the desired results. Now the pilates ball is fully inlated at 25cm, and will bounce on the floor without being so hard as to hurt a 5 year old, as a basketball would be, -and far less expensive.

I bought this as it was recommended by my osteopath, and I’ve been really pleased. Very good value for money and good quality.

Great for the exercises I need to do. Will last a long time

After suffering with upper back pain and visiting a chiropractor she recommended a Pilates class to build up strength. We used this type of ball in our class. In one of the sessions we lay on it ( only blown up about two thirds ) with it in the middle of our back, roughly where your bra strap would be. Once you can relax and drape yourself over it it can be very helpful in freeing up tight and stiffened vertebrae. I would not have attempted this if I hadn't attended a Pilates class though.

The red one was easy to blow up and looks fine. The Yellow one is hard to blow up - I cant get it fully blown up. it has screases in it and a small dent

Larger than I expected, but quality ball and very happy with it.

I bought this ball on the recommendation of my Pilates teacher. As I had difficulty putting the stopper in my chi ball due to dexterity issues, she offered to blow it up for me. I have used this a few times, and it works well for me in Pilates exercises. Best not to blow it up fully, but leave a little softness to it.

This little ball doesn't seem to be of much use. Follow the exercise instructions and you will soon feel and see the positive effects and changes!

I bought this because I am having PT and they use this type of ball for a couple of my exercises. This one is just the same size and consistency, and performs perfectly for the exercises. I am very glad to have this additional tool to use in my recovery.

Great ball. Easy to inflate. Seems durable and is made out of quality material. I order a second for a friend. I wish we would have a choice in color.
