do these bulbs have the staggered baynet fitting?

Yes they.I have them on a Smart car as rear light and brake light.

Have these got one contact or 2 on the bottom please

I would suggest you enter your vehicle registration mark to confirm compatibility. All of the BC (bayonet cap) bulbs I’ve used in cars have a single contact at the bottom, and 2 pins at the side.

Does this have offset pins

Yes. They are combined brake/side light bulbs.

Does this have offset pins?

No, these are horizontal and level. But please remember to use the car registration mark to confirm compatibility.
