Firstly, let me start by saying I don’t leave a review as soon as I receive my item. I want to make sure of it’s described use & that it doesn’t give up after a few uses! Secondly, I’ve had a few of these, well known brands & ones I’ve never heard of! I’ve had this handheld for about a month now. Upon receiving, it came in a plain brown box with a sticker label on & my first thought was ‘Oh dear, this could be 50/50!’!! Upon opening, the way it’s packaged is really done well! Everything has its own little place with cardboard housing around/in between it. Nothing to jiggle about in transit which is always reassuring. There’s even a black drawstring storage bag included. I took everything out and I did read the instructions as these handhelds do essentially all do the same thing but mostly operate differently. For example, this ones on/off button, to turn on, you have to press and hold for a few seconds & then it makes like a little device ‘ding’ noise & immediately starts working. I did put it straight onto charge as advised in the instructions. It did fully charge quicker than the instructions said though which was nice as I really wanted to try it out!! Charging was easy, my flat is minute so I’ve chosen to charge with the handheld on its side, as oppose to using the holder/storage that can be screwed to a wall & also have the charger lead go through it. I feel I need to put a little warning here!! ⛔️ If like me you want to remove the charger from the wall storage & not use the storage, please DON’T try to just pull the charger lead out!!! It won’t budge and your more likely to break the charger! You have to slide it away from the hole a little and then turn it a bit, THEN it will come straight out, no problem! I’m guessing its housed in the wall storage like this, so when its screwed to the wall, the charger lead doesn’t fall out when you remove the handheld. Nice thoughtful little touch I think.👍🏻 When I turned it on, it sounded pretty powerful! However, sometimes quite a bit of noise can mean a not so good device. NOT in this case I am happy to say. I didn’t put either of the attachments on as I wanted to see how well(or not) it worked. So I tried some of the laminate in my kitchen and my bathroom, perfect!!😃 Then I tried it on my huge rug in the living area. I was actually now pretty impressed!! It’s suction is that good, that it lifted my rug!! Not an easy thing to do as it’s huge and not exactly lightweight. Everything I have used the vacuum for since, it has done with ease and…..NO loss of suction!!!👍🏻😃 I also have found it doesn’t take as long to charge as described in the instructions. I also, on average, am getting approximately 22-25 minutes use time out of each charge. In the instructions, it advises to basically take care of the filter as it can make a difference to how the handheld will perform. I like that the filter is washable, which is easy btw & it doesn’t take days to dry either. I saw in the reviews that some people are having problems removing the filter to clean. ⛔️ I must admit, for the first time it’s definitely not easy! That thing is seriously secure! I tried a couple of times for a while and some more, then I gave up, got pretty disappointed and thought ‘Thats the catch then, great little machine but can’t get the filter out!!’😬😕 I tried again a few days later but instead of trying to twist it out harder when I couldn’t get it to budge, I was more gentle with it! Basically, the plastic mesh outer part came away first and I kind of got loads of lumps of dust all over the floor! LoLz!☺️ So I put the mesh bit back on, cleaned that up, emptied the debris receptacle and tried again! This time, I twisted lightly but with a firm grip & the whole filter came out.👍🏻 I then held it over my bin and removed the mesh outer, so all the tiny dust particles went into the bin this time! I then carefully washed the mesh outer and the filter in luke warm water and left to dry. Once I reassembled the filter and used the handheld again, it was like the first time I’d used it. By that I mean strong suction & well performing. I use this pretty much daily as I have a young child & its been SO handy!! The attachment with the soft bristles round it, I’ve found invaluable for cleaning my all my fan’s mesh. Which, in this weather of late, I’ve been grateful for! Every job I’ve thrown at this handheld, it has handled it with ease!! I love it & think it’s fantastic, especially considering the price and it not being a really well know brand. It has definitely performed better than the handhelds I’ve had before that were well known(& more expensive!) brands too!! If you’re looking for a decent handheld that doesn’t lose its suction(make sure you take care of the filter!) after a few uses & isn’t super heavy, you won’t regret purchasing this! I whole heartedly recommend this handheld vacuum cleaner 100%!!!👍🏻 Apologies for the long review, I just wanted to give a true & genuine experience/opinion of the vacuum.🤗 As a side note….. Great item and does the job , not too loud either which is great for cleaning car or small dirt inside the house, would give 5 star if it had more power

I been looking for mini hover for bedroom. I have main hover but my room is so small is hard to get into all spaces. And I have a cat that sheds so much as well. This was good option and is so cheap. I did all bedroom and its powerfull. However is so noisy but most hovers are. Battery only lasted 20/ 30 min. But that gived me time to go over all corners. Its easy to clean and light. For this price is great hover. I would recommend for imbetween cleaning. It has picked up so much of dust and cat hair in spots I couldn't reach.

A fantastic handheld hoover that’s proven incredibly useful in a busy household with a 7-year-old. The suction power is impressive, and the battery life comfortably lasts up to 15 minutes without any drop in performance (I have not needed to use it past 15 minutes so am unsure if it would last longer). It is easy to take apart, empty and easy to clean. It has a wall mount and is a great compact size. I had used this product on carpet, wooden floor, Lino, plastic and the sofa.

Excellent hand held vacuum cleaner and for the price the best I have ever purchased. Powerful, light and comparatively easy to clean. Unusual delay in starting after pressing ON button but does not detract from an excellent product.

This vacuum is exeptionally powerful with great suction capability. Its looks great and the price is very competive. For me the only minus factor is the time use from such a long charge. However, I would still reccommend it,

Did really love this product - bought when I was living in a tiny flat with a million tough-to-reach corners - but after the first year the power charge started failing within under 1 minute. Not entirely sure if it's fast-flattening overall, or that the charger itself is broken so it never gets near 100%. Great product though if you're buying it for the short-term

I needed a hand held hoover for the stairs. I was amazed how well it works and sucks up. It does not pick up cat hair. I use a fur magic brush first, then hoover brings carpet up lovely. It has been used in cars and again very pleased with suction. For the price it is amazing. It seems to stay charged longer than it says in the book. I was going to buy a Shark but thought for the price I would try this first. I was very surprised at quality.

Perfect for little pick-ups or tight spaces. I like using it on window sills and the car. The emptying process is better than others I've used. When you open, the dirt doesn't accidently fall out. The filter forms a barrier. Easy to pull out the filter before emptying the dirt. Cordless feature makes it so convenient for car or house. The noise is not bothersome. Comfortable grip. I've never had a problem with it running out of power in the middle of a task. Just plug it in when finished so it is ready for the next project.

I used this handheld vacuum after returning from a 3 day trip, and my kids had made the car very dirty. It cleaned everything very well and picked up all the dust and crumbs effectively. The suction power is strong, and the cordless design makes it very easy and convenient to use. The battery lasts around 20 to 25 minutes, which is enough for a quick and thorough cleaning. Overall, it is a very useful and reliable product for car cleaning. I am happy.

Ich bin echt positiv überrascht. Der Handstaubsauger hat eine starke Saugleistung und eignet sich perfekt fürs Auto, Sofa oder kleine Ecken in der Wohnung. Besonders Tierhaare und Krümel saugt er problemlos weg. Er ist leicht, handlich und liegt gut in der Hand. Der Akku hält ausreichend lange und das Laden geht schnell. Für den Preis wirklich top und das Zubehör ist auch praktisch. Würde ich wieder kaufen 👍

Not happy with this order or seller at all. Took way over the prescribed time to reach me but only after I enquired. The seller made no attempt to communicate and even inform me about a supplier delay till I reached out. The order was haphazardly thrown into a shipping bag...box open...no instruction manual. Half the attachments fell out of the box. It looks nothing like the picture and it's half the size of the one in the picture. Switched it on, extremely weak suction. Decided to give it a chance and charge it fully before trying again. Definitely improved but certainly nothing to rave about. Certainly add a few hundreds more and get a better product. Amazon needs to do better with the sellers they allow to collaborate with their brand.
