Really good , but not quite as hard wearing as I would have liked, it does scratch fairly easily so be careful how you store it .

Quality baking tray, made to last, unlike many of the others I have purchased over the years.

I was looking for a tray to bake hot dog buns in but the specialised ones are too expensive and this one is the perfect size for 5 hot dog buns.It takes up half of the oven so you can fit some burger buns in the other half if you want to.I used it for less than a year so I can't review durability of this tray. I have another Tala tin though which still looks like new after two years so I would expect this tray to last as well.

Dimensions given in the description are for the top of the pan. The width at the base of the pan is 16cm, length 26cm. Unfortunately that's slightly too small for the roasting rack I wanted to use in this . However it looks great quality and I'll use it for baking instead.

Pan itself is perfect; durable and easy to use/wash. The plastic hook effort is totally pointless and not heat-proof. Do not bake with it still on the pan or it will melt all over your oven. Not actually sure what on earth it's for.

Nice heavy feel to these and food does not stick. Washed several times in dishwasher and still good.

Strong construction. Good depth. Baking easily released. Buying cheaper poorer quality is false economy. I've lost count of the cheap trays I have bought and ended up having to throw them out. . These trays don't warp, are easily cleaned and even using a sharp knife hasn't damaged them. Whether they will outlast the ten year guarantee I cannot say but the "proof is in the pudding" as they say.
