I tried numerous creatine years ago and it was ok. This stuff has been a revelation. I'm training pretty heavy a mix of kettle bells and free weights. I've found myself training two days in a row which I never would have done. Top stuff

Smoothest creatine I have used
This is the smoothest creatine I have used. I mix it into a protein shake and am not even aware it is in there. There are no clumps, grittines or sandy texture when mixing it in my Helimix shaker. 10/10 will buy again.

Simple, pure, and it works
This creatine powder is mostly great — it mixes easily into water or smoothies and tastes neutral. I’ve noticed better endurance and faster recovery since using it. The only downside is that it doesn’t always dissolve fully, leaving a bit of grit at the bottom sometimes. Not a dealbreaker for me, but worth mentioning.

He probado creatina de otras marcas ( no voy a poner cuales ) y esta va superbien, de hecho la pondría en segundo lugar muy cerca de la creatina primera ( que vale el doble...de marca megaconocida) Se nota bastante. Se digiere muy bien.

Creatina que ayuda en mis entrenamientos, haciendo un período de carga. Es pura y se nota la calidad con un buen nivel de exigencia, para ganar masa muscular y mejorar el rendimiento. El envío programado se ajusto al tiempo establecido. tarda unos días en llegar, por lo demás todo bien.
