Bases brilliant. Stackable bricks much less so. Too flimsy.

Having already brought the Green 4 Pack I hoped I'd be just as pleased with this pack. Which I was.***Careful of the price I paid under 25 pounds for mine***First of all I have to admit I'm a bit of a Lego snob and don't normally buy other brands due to the quality being nowhere near as good as Lego, but I've been so pleased with my previous order from Strictly Briks I was happy to buy again.Lego don't make a 32x32 baseplate with this thickness, their base plates are very thin and you can't stick bricks to the underside which is what I needed to do. The thickness of these matches Lego plates, so 3 should equal 1 brick in height.Again upon quick arrival I opened up the parcel to find them neatly packaged in the same way as previous colour. I opened the clear plastic surrounding the base plates and found that they were taped together. Sadly as with the previous order this tape leaves some sticky bits behind on the base plates, which doesn't look or feel very nice! With a bit of effort it's possible to clean the tape off.I then checked to see how well my Lego bricks would fit on these bases, maybe the different manufacturing process of different colours would effect the fit? As with the previous colour the fit was great. The slight colour difference between Lego bricks and bases is noticeable just like with the green plates, but nothing terrible!Using their bricks to build the tower still resulted with it being a bit wobbly and the base plates are still a bit flimsy.Once the tower was built it was ok, fine for displaying Lego on as long as it doesn't weigh much. Probably not great for younger kids as it's very easy to knock the supports and send it all tumbling!Overall Lego snobs, it's not that bad!As base plates, excellent.Great choice of colours and colour matches fairly well.As a display tower, not bad if you're careful.Lego fit is very good and bricks can be used on the underside.Packaging sticky tape leaves a bit of a mess!Would recommend these to other Lego users.I was happy enough to buy these for the 2nd time and soon after placed a 3rd order for brown plates which was just as good.Just watch out for the price.

“AMAZING,” is what my son and his friend said, when I asked them their thoughts on the stackable base plates. They arrived really quickly and were out of the box and being put to the test straight away and here’s what my son came up with (see photo). He’s absolutely thrilled and has got so many plans for its use. They were easy to stack and put with his original Lego plates. The great thing about the base plates is, unlike the Lego base plates, Lego can be attached to the undersides of them. They quality is excellent too so I’d definitely recommend them to any Lego fans.

Children are very pleased with this product..Colourful and sturdy, this is a great idea. Children have many ideas for these bases and columns to integrate with all the bricks they have already.

This is awful ! It doesn’t fit together properly & it would never stay together if you put anything on it ! Although I tried a Lego man on it & it stayed on , it was not firm. I was really disappointed & sent it back , I do not want more toys clogging up the house that are useless . Harsh I know , but save your money @ buy real Lego !

This is very flimsy. The supports do not stick in tightly and with the slightest knock they come out. My 6yr old lego fan had it built and when trying to fit the final plate with my assistance they all came away and the thing collapsed. I was starting to loose patience so you can imagine how it was for a 6yr old.

Good but like I say not a good fit for normal lego to fit in
