First of all, kudos to this vendor who worked with me to cancel my order for a black chair. They are very responsive and dependable. My new grey chair arrived on Monday as promised and my son put it together in a very short time on Tuesday. It's remarkably comfortable, the adjustments all work perfectly, the heat and massage feature is heavenly after working all day! It's a little "puffier" than I thought it would be, but will be a very valuable item in my home after knee replacement surgery next month. I do not hesitate to recommend this company and this chair.

Assembly easy a matter of sliding arms and back onto matching rails and connecting some plugs for the controls, instructions clear. Price reasonable. Massage actually works and cuts off on timer. Comfort: well padded and supported without being 'hard.' Controls --- two buttons, one to get you into the chair and reclined (if you keep holding it) and one to fold the footrest and then set you on your feet---you can stop the lift anywhere in the process by taking finger from control button. Faux leather is a little thin if you have pets: we just flung a throw over it and anchored same behind the backrest. Very happy.

Lumbar heat does not work. Because this has the massage option it isn’t quite as comfortable since it’s “bumpy” on the areas that have the massage feature - “hard lumps” and not soft in most areas of the chair. Otherwise Good value and dark grey color is nice

The best chair for disabled and seniors

Bought for my mom who needed a lift chair. My brother assembled it. Took 2 hrs and he’s very skilled. That would be my only reservation buying a chair like this; if you do not have someone to assemble it and cannot do it yourself. It doesn’t come assembled. Also, it ships in 2 boxes and you might not get both at the same time. We did not. Part 2 of the chair was delivered a day later. That aside, it’s a very nice & comfortable chair and hopefully will stand the test of time!

I purchased a chair for my mother who is 5 foot tall. It was easy to assemble. I have it together in less than 15 minutes. It works beautifully. I love the lumbar heat and all the vibration. The special feature on the right side where you can plug in your USB iPad is perfect for my mom‘s iPad and her Kindle. She loves the chair. Now instead of getting the cream I wish I had gotten the pink.

This is a very comfortable chair for my elderly mother (84). It's smaller and more compact size is perfect for her as she is smaller than the average customer. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the mechanics of the chair about 4 months after purchase... the automatic feature of the chair stopped working. I emailed the company, Mcombo through the Amazon link. They were very quick to respond and very willing to help solve the problem. First they sent out an new motor with very clear instructions (it was quite easy to replace). Unfortunately, this didn't solve the problem. Again, they were very quick to respond and sent out a whole new base. This was easy to replace and now the chair is working perfectly, again. I was hesitant to make such a large purchase for a furniture item on-line (one never truly knows the integrity of the company until it's often too late). I was very pleased with Mcombo power lift chair and even more impressed by the company integrity in their service policy while we researched and repaired the problem. I would highly recommend this chair and this company.

Size of the chair was perfect for my 91 year old father. Loves all the features but especially the heater!
