Q: Is this permanent on an artificial tree?

This is not permanent on an artificial tree. It is not flocking but a temporary spray for stencils etc.

Q: would this stick to an artificial tree, sorta like glue? and how does it hold up outdoors?

I’m sad to say that mine did not stick! I coated it and let it dry overnight and the next day decorated it. While moving it, touching it, etc... most of the snow flakes off and left piles of it all over the place. So disappointing.

Q: is this product deemed Flammable?

The product is flammable. Hazard flammable aerosol.

Q: I do not want something that is permanent. Can I remove this from the tree at the end of the season?

No, this would be permanent if used on a tree. If you want a temporary snow kissed design, I would recommend getting picks or sprays with an artificial snow flocked appearance. They come on floral wired stems that you can insert between the branches and then simply remove when it's time to pack up your tree.
