Nice spice. This is quality. I use it in some stews but mostly as an ingredient with honey lemons and olive oil for a metabolism booster. The package is very full, so you get a huge amount.... Only issue is the packaging system. I understand the vacuum pack is to preserve its fresh organic quality. However, the only way to open it is to cut a corner or the top off. Without a backing card the entire package collapses and contents exhaust out. If one isn't expecting that you lose quite a bit of product! The package quality is quite stiff, so you cannot fold it or tie the bag. I had to decanter it into another soft material bag. One star off due to vacuum packing without space to cut the package open at one end.
