This honestly changed my life! My sister and I have a lot of cats and their hair plus ours its so hard to clean. We have to clean our floors at least twice a day and we were starting to get back pain. I decided to try this vacuum because we were desperate and i have to say it really does the job. We just move it from one floor to the other and we don't have to worry about the floors anymore. It vacuums perfectly, it gets rid of pet hair, our hair, litter, etc. The mop is really good even if it is not the BEST, it works really good for us because we keep our floors cleanish most times, so it does the job to help you keep everything looking good, but we have noticed that when we wait until our floors are really dirty (usually the kitchen, after cooking, spilling food and doing the dishes) it doesn't leave the floor 100% clean, you still need to mop a little but this little buddy it still a BIG help. I think it depends on your lifestyle and what you need.

There is only so much you can show of what a vacuum looks like so I wanted to share the other side of things, the app - because this is a smart vacuum! We have 3 dogs and it wasn't until we got this vacuum that I realized how much they shed. We run it pretty much every day and it fills it's collection bin every time. This doesn't replace a household vacuum but it means I have to use that SO much less. It has a surprisingly long battery life, well over an hour, and works really well on our hard floors and generally does well on rugs - though some do hang it up a bit. After a few uses I found all the spots of my house that are trouble areas where it would get stuck (some wires on the floor, one run in particular, etc) and now I'm pretty set. We love it and the dogs got accustomed to it pretty quickly to the point they hardly notice it's on. There may be other vacuums that have a few more whistles and bells, or develop a better floorplan map in memory, but they also cost 5x the price. I have no regrets to this purchase. Integrating with the SmartLife app was a breeze and it's very responsive to the app. I've honestly never used the mop functionality but the vacuum alone has made a believer out of me.

It does what it's supposed to do quite well. One star less because I'm not 100 convinced of its cleaning power.

Context: We had a Eufy robovac ordered from Amazon in past. It lasted 3 years, and then we needed to replace it. I ordered this product because mop/vacuum combo sounded good, and it had decent reviews. Cons: -The intake brushes (the swirling brushes in the front that sweep debris into the center suction vent) were not working properly. The right one spun at a regular rate similar to my old Eufy robovac. The left one spun at 1/2 the rate. I tried charging the robovac longer. I tried switching the brushes from one side to the other. None of this resolved the discrepancy in the rate of spin of the brushes. The left side just wasn't spinning at the correct rate. -Charging station. When I set up this station and the robovac tried to dock with it the front 2 circling intake brushes would knock aside the charging station, and then the robovac couldn't dock with the station. I tried this 5-8 times, and each time the robovac knocked aside the charging station and couldn't dock. It would knock it aside then back up then move forward to dock then knock the station aside then back up and move forward and attempt to dock again. This repeated until I turned off robovac. I had to hold the charging station down by my hand to make it heavy enough, so the robovac could not knock it aside and prevent docking. I would have had to add some weight to the top of the station to anchor it, so it would not get knocked around, but I did not have to do this with the Eufy robovac. -The mop function is not convenient nor is it ready for prime time. If you fill the mop cartridge with water, the robovac will roll over carpet and hard floor without discerning which area needs moping. You have to block off anything with carpet or roll up rugs, so the mop option doesn't wet the carpet. I don't have time to go the robovac and roll up carpet and set up barriers every day or however many times a week to allow the mop function to work. This was very inconvenient. Pros: -None I returned this robovac that same week it was delivered.

I love the look of this vacuum! It’s so nice and sleek! Pros: It cleans really well Picks up dog hair and dirt runs for a long time Easy to use and sync It knows where the stairs are Cons: It gets suck under thing so easily Gets full really quick The mop pad gets stuck and fold over In all I like the vacuum. It helps me when I need an extra “hand”. However I wish I would have gotten one that can empty itself at a bin because it gets full quick and doesn’t stop vacuuming so it gets clogged. It’s way better for an open floor plan and someone that doesn’t have dogs or kids dropping things on the floor constantly! Haha

Update: I’ve had the vacuum for about 6 months now and except for getting stuck on the lip of our stream rug occasionally (it’s old and edges have curled up) this thing is amazing! I run it daily and am horrified and excited by the amount of dirt and dog hair it picks up! The canister fills every day. I do wish the canister were a little larger but it does a great job. It will run for 2-3 hours and do our downstairs before battery dies and it alwaYs makes it back to its base!!! Highly recommend, it’s been life changing with 3 boys and a dog, wish I’d gotten it sooner! I've had 24 hours and have tried running it 4 different times. it continues to get stuck on area rug. It does seem to suck up a decent amount of dust/hair but doesn't go long enough to actually do the area i need done. I start it in the kitchen and it immediately leaves the kitchen and does the other areas of the house. I didn't want one that "learned" the house since chairs/toys/etc are constantly being moved around but this one doesn't seem to have any kind of pattern or consistency. I'll give it another 24 hours then she going back if things don't improve.
