some suffering is involved in putting them together
The numbers in the included manual do not match the numbers on the plastic sheets so you need to find these independently. I guess they assume that you will figure this out and do the work yourself to get the right numbers. Confusing and surprising for such a well established company. Apparently a well known issue so it's not hard to find the correct numbers online. Also, make sure to buy a magnifying glass as the plastic offers very little visual contrast for gluing everything together! Some piece have notches to help you see how to do it but some are simply flush surfaces (e.g., two halves of an arm) where I basically glued, held and prayed.

Complete incompetence in the instructions of these models
The instructions for this set are ridiculous. Nearly all the numbers are mismatched, making it twice, if not three times longer to put the models together. What a shame. Do MUCH better, GW.
