Design is very good keeps the cards in and after opening for a while it is very durable and strong keeping cards in

I work 40-50 hrs a week fabricating/welding at a precast concrete facility. This thing has been in my pocket all day every day. Holds up good. Couple scratches on the cash strap. That’s about it. Had it a month or 2. Takes a little getting used to getting cards in and out at first but it’s nice not having as much bulk on me. It’s cool that they offer further customization. Hopefully it’s the last wallet I buy for a long time.

Love this wallet. I will never go back to a bifold or trifold wallet. All my cards and IDs in one place with RFID protection. Cards can be removed and added easily. High quality and many color choices.

Initially I am impressed by the simple design and execution. It’s very slick. I got the ocean, which is carbon fiber with the blue flecks of aluminum. That brings me to my only criticism. The blue is tiny bits, not the same as the black carbon fiber shreds which are larger. It looks kind of like it was sprinkled with blue salt. It’s not a deal breaker, but it’s not what the picture looks like either. I don’t intend to return it over that but I knocked off a star. Represent. As far as functionality, I am adapting to the daily usage. It disappears in the pocket which is nice. I really like the cash strap which I didn’t think I would. It came with the money clip included which I thought I would prefer, but after using it both ways I removed the clip. Btw, you can use both simultaneously, something I never saw in the advertisements. It adds to the bulk a good deal tho. Overall, I’d recommend the Ridge to anyone who wants to try to streamline their edc. It’s a bit pricey, but it is excellent design. For me that takes a lot of the sting out of it. I don’t mind paying a premium for premium design. I still get a little flustered whenever I have to dig around to find my drivers license, but I think that’s just a matter of getting used to the thing. It’s small, which is a good thing, but my fingers sometimes don’t work like they should when I’m holding a small smooth item. I’m sure I’ll adapt. I like the way the elastic holds everything together with the ideal amount of tension. That aspect of the design is very well tuned. It’s a good secure hold but still easy to operate. I am not worried about anything accidentally falling out. I find myself carrying eight or nine cards, what with all the necessary ids, permits, atms etc. There is definitely more capacity should one need it. I am not really sure how much I need the RFID protection, but it’s good to know it’s there anyway.

I've had the old leather wallet for as long as I know. My son showed my his Ridge Wallet and I decided to grab one. It's saved my back pain that my leather wallet used to give me. Fits easily into my front pocket and the strap allows me to tuck my work badge and some cash in there along with my license and credit cards.

Very disappointed with the product! I was really looking forward to this but unfortunately I had the forge Pacific. unfortunately the blue paint was coming off right when I got out of the box and continue to fall off after a week. I wish they put some kind of clear coating to protect it. For something that so expensive I would expect it to be more durable after a week of having this I'm returning it. Recommend not buying this until they fix this issue.

it looks and feels great, small sized, well built, and just overall great, much smaller than my leather fold, wish the magsafe was an option with this design though i understand it's not really possible
