These are the nightvision binoculars you would see in those military movies. It is definitely a bit more hands free. I use these for my night camping trips. For what I need it for, it actually works pretty well. I definitely would not call this military grade but they work for what I need. It works for my eyes but they are on the smaller side. It may not fit everyone's eye spacing. It works during the day or night which is great although this is more so for night vision purposes. It is nice that you can just pop these down and see through them without having to hold them up. These binoculars are still on the heavy side but lighter than the bigger heavy duty ones. It has a nice carrying case so you can store these and take them on the go. There is also a 32 gb micro sd card with card reader. The card reader is nice as you could plug this directly into your phone to transfer the video/photos from the memory card while you are out and about. This one does have silicone grip on the side but the rest of hard plastic which makes the binoculars are very sturdy. The lens are not super thin so you do not have to worry about breaking them and it gives a good magnification. The buttons do take some getting used in terms of what button does what. It is easy to learn though just takes time for muscle memory. It does have a neck straps to you want to put this over your neck instead rather than the head band. This is definitely be the device I would recommend for someone with arthritis pain as they will not have to hold the device. The device and buttons feel pretty solid. I was able to learn the button comes and get used to them pretty quickly. The head band is not a solid plastic piece. It is just bands that are adjustable. It is nice to hold up. I do like the fact they have a recording function although you will need to use a micro SD card to store it on there. It can handle my 128 gb micro SD card. As stated before, it does have a 32 gb car which I verified is the correct memory size. The memory card is not the fastest on the market but it works. One thing to note about these is that the lens are not the same on both sizes. One side is deeper than the other but that is because it has different functions to enhance your experience. It does give you a clearer image than your usual binoculars and the night vision is pretty on point. When working with night vision, be careful not to point this at any kind of light when the night vision is on as it is pretty blinding. I do like the fact that you do a wider viewer so you are able to see through these a bit easier without having to put your eyes SUPER close to the screen. The controls for taking pictures are easy to access. I really love the image quality. Overall this is a really good device to have if you want a bit more hands free and a little like military look to your night vision. This one has a less magnification then bigger ones but it gives you similar options to use during the day or night. The camera is solid (although not the best) and this is a very durable device. It does take time to get used to how the controls work so take your time. The photo quality is amazing and stores pretty quickly to my micro sd card. The carrying case is nice and plenty of room to store stuff in it. It also has a similar card reader although not the fastest it works and it makes it easier to connect to your phone to transfer pictures.

These have worked great. I havent used them too much during daytime but for night time the night vision is fantastic. Very clear and bright images even when there's zero light. Have worked out great for camping

The illuminator is way off center but for purely observational purposes this thing is like astonishingly good for what you pay. This is NOT tactical night vision and in no way shape or form does it even hold a candle to true analog NV. It is not even close to suitable for shooting, it has terrible latency, and it has ~2x permanent zoom. The illuminator is insanely bright and will broadcast your position over 500 yards away. It's so bright that anyone using analog NV will have to turn their gain down. BUT, again just for looking around, maybe camping, or just fun seeing at night it's actually really great. Makes a great piece of kit to keep in a vehicle.

Nice as a novelty, gift item. The backlight for the viewing at night is not good if you are concerned about the backwash. The case isn't bad but is not a hardcase. Image quality makes me think of an early 2000s convienece store camera with a limited field of view. Would not use for hunting as the IR: light is easily visible at 2-300 feet easily when being directly looked at. Originally bought for "night games"/recording

This is on me. I don't know why I expected them to be better than they are. They are not real expensive, and I did get what I paid for. I'm not sure how much better than nothing they are, for me. I didn't expect Seal Team quality for the price, but these just didn't meet my expectations. Like I said at the beginning, this is on me and I should have realized that for the price I was buying more of a toy.

I did a lot of research before purchasing one of these and I have to say I am glad I did. This has to be one of my favorite purchases from Amazon. I bought this for my son and he loves it. It is incredibly clear and you can see in the dark a good distance away! The hand-free head mount is super great as you can flip it up when you want to see with your own eyes! I purchased these as a gift for someone and they are really impressed. After reading the directions and setting it up he said the night vision is unreal and super clear.

First impressions after receiving the headset. Cons (Starting with this cause the main one is really bad) - FOV is horrible, base viewing setting is zoomed in so it's impossible to wear and walk comfortably. Can't zoom back to 1x so it's basically a stationary device only. Bought it primarily to use during nighttime woodland exploration, so it's going to be useless to me - Focus is manual which makes the above even more of an annoyance. You can't just wear them and forget about them and have to constantly adjust the focus - Listing says it's FHD but the headset goes up to 4k. Who knows if it's really 4K, but the fact they can't get their specs right is typical from cheap Chinese tech and makes me wonder what else is wrong in the listing - The eyecup is extremely small, feels like it was made for children so i don't have a full seal around the eyes and it's uncomfortable Pros: - For the price, you get what you get. The IR sensor is not bad and night vision works well enough. I haven't tried in the woods yet but the quality from inside my home is nice - The screen is clear enough that you can see smaller details well once the lens is focused If all you're looking for is a gimmick camera with night vision, it works i guess. But it's NOT a headset NVG and should not be bought with the intent of wearing it and using it as typical NVG'S

Good product, with lots of accessories. Great night vision, though daytime viewing is not as good ( I assume most people are getting this for night vision anyway). Would have liked even more if the display had eyepieces instead so others could not see the light reflection from the viewfinder. One can dim the display, though the reflection is still visible at night. One advantage of this is that a person can still see around them; whereas, one cannot do so with eyepieces. So, I guess, it totally depends on which pro and cons are more important to the buyer. Would purchase this again.

It has a lot of modes, the resolution is ok. Tested in total dark room and was suprised by the result. It works as intended. The build quality is good. You are getting what you pay for nothing more nothing less.
