Eight O'Clock Coffee French Vanilla Whole Bean Coffee, Medium Roast, 11 Ounce (Pack of 6) - Smooth & Aromatic

Have bought this for years but because of great quality, taste and price. Having more and more trouble finding it locally. Wallmart and Menards no longer carry it in store. Good price on line but you have to buy 6.

This coffee sells for much less than any of the other vanilla flavored coffees we saw on Amazon. We did try a couple of the other brands but were happy to find this one. We always grind our own beans and this holds up to the other coffee that we spent twice as much for. We will continue to buy this brand in the future. It tastes just fine. No chemical notes. We tried another brand because this went up in price but we quickly stopped using it and ordered this again. No comparison, this coffee is much better!

Best value at the best price. My house consumes two pots of coffee a day normally with the bulk of it being consumed by my wife. We've tried a lot of different brands and this is the best for the money and one of the best quality. We have a burr grinder so we go with the whole bean and I have some vacuum pack containers so I can buy in bulk. I do the Amazon subscribe and save and receive one a month and I skip a delivery every four to six months depending. We save about two dollars a bag over buying a comparable quality brand in a store. We don't like super strong coffee so this works well for us. The vanilla is there but not overpowering. I really like it for making Irish coffee. If you drink a lot of coffee I recommend doing the Amazon subscription.

Was really disappointed. I have bought this item off the shelf at Wal-Mart and loved it. The shipment I got was in a yellow bag (don't know if that means it is the end of old stock?) not the red. There was NO vanilla flavor or aroma. I am using it as just a regular bean but really don't care for the flavor as that either. What happened??? I drink a lot of coffee and this used to be one of my favorites. Can't say anything good about this shipment though.

We have enjoyed this coffee for some time. Decent flavor, but not the freshest beans. While we can't be totally sure, it seems that the beams are drier today than they were a couple years ago. The bags for the French vanilla have gone from 12 ozs to 11 ozs. Eight O'clock has so many different sizes that it's hard to keep up. It is important to look at the specifics before ordering. It is now easier and the almost the same basic price to get fresher and better bulk coffee at the local Publix or Fresh Market where there are great selections. We sometimes buy from Amazon for the convenience of not having to have it on our shopping list and because our Cuisinart burr grinder holds the whole contents of the 11 oz bags comfortably in its storage hopper.

The taste is quite good for this coffee. Been using it for a couple of years via AMZ subscribe and save. We mix it 50/50 with Cafe Altura Whole Bean Organic Coffee, Peruvian Dark Roast, 2 Pound or 2LB Cafe Don Pablo Subtle Earth Organic Gourmet Coffee - Dark Roast - Whole Bean Coffee - USDA Certified Organic, 2 Pound - the result is quite impressive. BUT. . . . I wish it was organic; we would pay more for that.

Eight O-Clock is the best coffee o the market, to me. French Vanilla is the top flavor, it has become difficult to find the combination of beans and flavor any place but here. Thank you Amazon. I love to grind the beans it enhances the flavor, yum.
