Marvel 3in1 Pram - Dove Grey (+Car Seat + Carrycot + Carseat Raincover)

Unfortunately this product is not satisfactory. The car seat jammed in the base wheel and remains jammed leaving me stranded.. I had to barrow a car seat from my friend.. After contacting the company 3 times they have sent my instruction 'press down and lift'. Which was pointless Utterly disappointed with the company because I loved my pushchair.. They don't really care considering the amount we spent with them.. Absolutely rubbish... They sent PDP in the end for the pushchair but the driver turned up well before the time that was booked.. I then rang and explained it to the company and the manager said they can't help me with that, I'd have to post it myself.. I was fuming on the phone and they hang up on me.. I hate this company..
