What are the ingredients

Lots of essential oils, a whole lot I can’t type all here. Silk amino acids,TBHQ, phenoxyethanol, etc.

wash off or leave on would of been a good point to make ?

I use it as a hot oil treatment. If your hair is thick you could use a small amount every other day. It is greasy but it’s a very good product.
