Very thick and comfortable! Can be used for bleacher seats, fits in an airplane seat, and the average outdoor chair. It's still just as firm and has retained its original shape as the day I opened it. I think this is well worth the money for its many posterior uses and places to take it for sitting comfortably for several hours. Oh and the best part of this pillow seat cushion is the clip on the handle. I clipped the pillow onto my luggage without worry about losing it while at the airport. Overall functional for the seating areas in which I have used this item.

The cushion is very comfortable. Because it is light, it is easy to transport with you when you need to have comfortable seating wherever you go.

Seems to work great, I'm currently using it because of running into HF and pelvic floor problems. It's not a fix-all solution to something like that, but as far as a pillow and making the chair a lot better for me? Yeah, it transforms the chair.

This does not cushion much of anything, a big disappointment. It flattens so much that your posterior will touch the hard chair. Instead of returning it, I put a chair cushion underneath, and that helped. I'm very disappointed that this is being advertised to help people with medical issues, because it will hurt more than help if my experience with it is anything to go by. I've got another cushion for an office chair that is very comfortable and firm, but without the opening needed to help heal a wound....so I know that materials exist to make this more firm and useful for medical issues.

the concept is a good one; the product itself is too thin and does not work as intended

Bought it for my mom who has back bone tail pain while sitting. She uses one during travel time. So bought this for in home use. This 1 is really helpful making her tail bone painless since there is a hole and space. Its firm and breathable.

Larger than most with good memory foam and the cut out areas relieve pressure and give ventilation, i have bought several different ones until finding this which is the best for comfort at work.
