Worked straight out of the box. Easy to link to phone through app. Slight issue finding the right size template but that was just because there was so much choice. Address' can be saved for repeat use which is super helpful. Buy a box of labels as you only get about 10 with the printer. Perfect for the small growing business.

I love this tiny little label printer, it hardly takes up any room. You download the app & off you go. I use it with my iPhone via Blue tooth but you can also use your laptop/ computer. It’s pretty easy to use but if you get stuck, there are loads of You Tube tutorials to assist you. The printer can print different shaped labels ( you have to purchase them, they’re not included) but there are some rectangle labels included. The best thing is you don’t have to buy ink for it. It’s super quick & you can change the speed of printing if needed. Also you change change from portrait to landscape.Very happy with mine.

Been using printers like a mug for my labels, bought this and I haven’t looked back, no more ink just have to buy refill on stickers, easy to use and compatible with labels with all the delivery services I’ve used so far

Was brilliant until it stopped working a year later- have messaged support and no help, just keeps saying print in a queue :-(

This arrived yesterday & I’ve just printed my first Royal Mail label with no fuss & a quick easy to understand installation. I just used my phone which is exactly what I wanted & why I went for this model (having read lots of other reviews & researched what suited me best).Very happy indeed thank you, I can’t think why I’ve persevered with paper scissors & tape for so long! Website does load to download the drivers needed to use the machine, I've messaged for tech support with no reply, nice £100 paper weight if that's what your looking forSince my earlier review the company have revolved any technical issues that had been caused

Got this printer a year ago. Works amazing with no problems. It's also compatible with all my devices.I lost the charging cords during a move and reached out to the number listed. Received a quick response and was assisted even though my warranty was over. Because I purchased a year ago. Customer Service was great.

This printer is great! So easy to set up, the app is easy and user friendly, loading labels is a breeze, it comes with some labels too! It does different sizes and shapes, is compatible with pirate ship.com which makes shipping a breeze with a store like Etsy! I like that it can do fan folded labels or rolls too, plus it’s so cute!! It’s super fast..for its price it’s amazing quality and it prints on high quality as well! Highly recommend!!
