Always buy for my Aunt. She swears by it especially in the colder months, helping the immune system.

Pleasant non caffeine 'tea'
I have been drinking one or other of these Yogi teas, at breakfast for over 20 years. Tea or coffee are too much for me first thing. These teas, with a mixture of herbs and spices are, in my opinion, much nicer than most herbal teas, which can taste a bit thin. The 'Breathe deep' was my standby for a good while. I now drink 'Echinacea' as it doesn't have licorice, which might increase blood pressure. I can heartily recommend them.

stops me getting colds
I have been drinking one cup of this tea every day for 4 years and until this year when i ran out i hadn't had a cold. If i feel like i am getting a cold i will have 3-4 cups of this tea in the day and the cold symptoms vanish. i do have about 3 weeks in the summer where i give my body a break from having echinacea as i am told this is advisable. However last month when i ran out of the tea i did succumb to a cold so i swear by this tea to keep me cold free

Great product
I love this tea and I believe it is helping my immune system ward off colds and coughs, as I am the only one that drinks it in my family and the only one so far that hasn't suffered a cold. I actually drink it with a Twinings Raspberry and Cranberry tea and the two together make a lovely warming brew.
