A very good looking watch and excellent value for money

i have wanted an 'automatic watch' for some time and bought this one on a whim helped by the fact that the watch had been reduced to £50. when it arrived i was not disappointed. the watch had an understated look which i liked as i did not want it to draw attention but it also had a well made/quality feel to it. other reviews i had read indicated that the day/date was awkward to set but i was able to do this without needing to look at the instruction manual, the only adjustment afterwards was to 'wind' the watch forward 12 hours to synchronize the changeover. I've had the watch for some two weeks now and have not yet needed to adjust the time as it appears to be running very accurately. overall very very pleased and would happily buy a seiko or another make of watch online/through amazon again.

I had an old Seiko watch that I bought second hand for £5 in 1968. I used it for about 30 years and after that when my newer watch went away to have a new battery. Fed up of paying stupid prices for the battery to be changed I decided to buy a new Seiko. It is a great watch and is behaving very well so far keeping very good time. Interestingly the day dial is not English! Today is SAM the 6th of March!

Apart from the watch being very small more for a woman I’d say, I’m more Disappointed with the strap it rips the hairs off you're wrist & the quality of the strap feels really cheep & it’s very poor you have to keep moving you’re arm so the watch doesn’t stop working so in general good exercise! apart from that it’s amazing lol

I've always had Seiko 5 watches and they are always great value for money, as well as keeping good time and looking smart.

I already own 2 other Seiko watches which are fine. This one is terrible! Having set it up using the instruction manual, it has developed a mind of its own! Date is usually wrong, time is ok,, the so called luminous diial is virtually unreadable. I will be sending it back very soon.

Didn’t like the strap re comfort. The watch was ok, but I returned it, and was given a full refund.

Compre este reloj porque me gustó su tamaño ya que es un poquito más pequeño que otros que vi, que me resoltaban muy aparatosso, este tiene el tamaño perfecto, la combinación de negro y rojo en la esfera es lo que más me gustó. y tambien me gusta que te diga la fecha y el día.Por poner un contra, la correa es muy larga y me quedaba grande, me tocó ir al relojero del pueblo a que me quitara un par de estrivas, ahora me queda perfecto.

remember, it's not quartz, needs motion to be wound, and loses a minute per two weeks, which is normal for mechanical, esp. at this price point.

Für den Preis ist die analoge Uhr super. Beachten muss man lediglich, das die Uhr keinen Handaufzug hat, also nur beim Tragen automatisch aufgezogen wird. Trägt man die Uhr jeden Tag, ist das kein Problem.
