I was pretty biased and only bought Sony brand but they’ve been a lot less reliable than in the past and they’d break far sooner than I would accept. I had tried different off brands and was really disappointed in them also. These are GREAT, have bought three so far. Let me explain before you think red flag, avoid; 1 was for my granddaughter and two for me because I always have a spare charged and ready to use. I just bought my second when the Sony (last I’ll ever buy) prematurely died. This will be my brand forever

Works great something was wrong with one of the little sticks sorry I don’t know the game lingo just a mom buy this for her kid but it still works and my son didn’t mind. Looks cool. Or in my son’s words this is sick mom.

I've bought 2 different ones. This one and a pink and white one for my girlfriend because she is a gamer like me (wifey material) anyway I had mine for almost 2 months and the right joystick would just move on it's own. Playing codm like we do everyday precision is key but with this controller it's hard. Now that was just mine. Hers lasted a little longer it functioned like it was supposed to it just stopped connecting half the time and eventually wouldn't even charge so we just gave up and bought the original Sony ps4 controllers instead. It's frustrating though because you see the lights and designs and that what pulls you in and you wanna show it off but then you can't anymore so get your game nights with the fellas in quick because it won't last long. The 2 stars are for the design only!!!Updated: The Company reached out to me and expressed their concern with the controllers I was initially sent. They were quick to correct the issue and I was sent another replacement that arrived faster then the original did. That shows you they are committed to customer satisfaction and they can guarantee their product. Although the original ones didn't function properly I have high hopes for this new one. Many thanks to them for the timely manner they responded, and the customer service I was shown. Also I was informed the controller DO NOT SUPPORT fast charging charger cables so beware and I caution you not to use them because it may have been my fault as many of us just try to use one charger for our electronics. So lesson learned on my end. Will update on the replacement!!! Updated stars as well for customer satisfaction... Will give 5 stars as soon as the controller is put to the test!!!

Awesome controller!! the grip is a nice touch and it actually doesn’t feel extremely cheap. the lights are sick!! works perfectly !

Controller works great. The colors are super cool. Holds a charge food. Connected to the PS5 great.

The charging cord is only 2.5 feet long, and it is not compatible with the Sony controller cord.Quality: 1/5 - the R1 button broke within 3 months.Customer Service: 5/5 - Company reached out due to this review and provided me a new controller and a 6 month warranty.Another note, the microphone doesn’t work as well with this controller as it does with the authentic PS4. Friends are having a hard time hearing me. The audio volume is low and I appear muffled. However, this can be fixed by increasing the microphone audio in the Playstation home settings.
