I want to know if they come in individual packs, ready to give them away? I also want to know if the packs have a spot to open and close them?

Yes they are individual packs and they have a spot to open and close. They are really cute; however, they are a little smaller than a normal pack.

Sturdy tissue, practical and fun for a gift bag!

Ordered for gift bags for my son and daughter in laws Welcome Reception gift bags for their wedding weekend. Arrived timely, compact to not take up a lot of room in the gift bag. Once open, the tissues were sturdy, no white cotton fluff flying around, and they held up through use.
