Our SparkPod showerhead ships set to a water-saving 1.8 gallons per minute. We included a 2.5 GPM restrictor in the box. It spreads a wide, even rainfall over your head and shoulders rather than one concentrated jet.

Is this a good upgrade for a basic apartment or rental shower?

Yes. Our SparkPod 6-inch head hand-tightens onto any standard half-inch shower arm in about five minutes. No tools or plumber needed. Plumber tape, screener washer, and flow restrictor are included.

Will the water fall straight down on me, or spray outward from the wall?

On a standard angled wall arm, our 6-inch round face aims the downpour slightly outward. For true straight-down overhead rain, pair it with an extension arm, sold separately. Coverage stays wide and even across head and shoulders.

Does this showerhead come with a handheld sprayer, or work with a handheld attachment?

Our SparkPod is a fixed 6-inch rain showerhead, so no handheld wand or hose is included.

Solves a low water pressure problem.

I bought this shower head because I have low water pressure and wow does this work great! When installing, you follow the instructions and remove a plastic piece from the shower head, and there will be plenty of water with the proper amount of pressure to rinse shampoo from your hair! Great quality, looks nice, easy to install, and does a great job!

Works well and easy to install

A good product, it works as advertised and was very easy to install. Nice appearance. Because it's about 1.5 inches wider than my old shower head, the water pressure from each individual nozzle is a little less, but the flip side is that I get wider coverage, and that's nice. You do have the option to replace the installed water flow restrictor with one that's less restrictive, and the equipment to do that with is included, although I haven't found that to be necessary. I'm happy with the purchase.

probably plastic -but really nice

very nice looking, works great- easy to install and change pressure reducers. Much less expensive then a similar Delta fixture-probably because the construction and Chrome finish appear to be plastic. But hard to tell the difference and I'm impressed with the functionality and value.

Game changer for a modest price

Great shower head! I didn't realize how crummy my old shower head was until I installed this one. I screwed it on and had fantastic water pressure and a nice wide swathe of water in which to shower. Yippee! I really really like it.

Works Well

Comes with instructions on how to remove 1.8 gal restrictor. Also has a 2.5 and just a screen. We have hard well water so I went with the screen. Used the included treflin tape, screewed it on it works. Feels goo, good pressure. Not pound your skin pressure, but goos. I recommend.
