Pretty good, actually. I have an entry level pistol crossbow which fires at 175 fps & from 30ft away, the bolts get lodged deep into the target, which loosens the flights. If I was further away, perhaps the bolts would last longer 😁

This item is only suitable for bows with very low poundage, pretty much anything below 16lbs. So absolute beginner bows or children’s kits. 26lb recurve at 30 yards and skylon carbon arrows went straight through. If you glued two or three together then you may have better luck stopping arrows from going through. Basically if you’re looking for an archery target to use at home as an adult archer with your own bow, spend more money on a banded, layered foam target. In itself though not a bad product, just hard to judge foam density and therefore suitability from the listing as the term “low poundage” is subjective.

Well, for the price I did not expect too much from this boss, I have been pleasantly surprised, I have put over 500 shots into this so far, the areas I keep hitting are starting to stop the arrows at the fletchings, but importantly its still stopping them.

So it's not self healing. And my 27lb recurve at 40 yards punches through to flights and I consider 27 low poundage. Rip off. Buy some foam that's actually self healing and dense. This is the equivalent to packing foam quality at best. And the paper targets aren't reinforced paper in anyway. I know it doesn't state that it is but if you're accurate I've punched a 50p sized hole in the yellow within 5 mins if opening. Awful product remove self healing and state the truth

Performing as described at the moment, just needs propping up to use effectively.
