Littmann Classic III – Reborn After 10 Years of Continuous Use
After 10 years of continuous clinical use, I replaced the diaphragms on both sides and the ear tips. The sound quality is now exactly like it was when the stethoscope was new—clear, sharp, and reliable. I’m set for another decade with this Clasic III. A big thanks to Littmann!

Good replacement parts
Got these as replacement parts for my Littmann and they work great. The ear tips and diaphragm seem really durable and fit perfectly. Nice to have a kit like this instead of having to buy everything separately. No complaints so far.
