So easy to take. Has no taste but add to my electrolyte water after being at the gym. I have noticed a native difference in my muscle recovery especially my after an intense weights session. Comes well packaged and was good value for money.

Lovely taste i usually put mine in my protein but this is so nice I drink it separately. Dissolves easily and not grits. To early to say it works.

Mixes well and great money value for 100 portions (5g of creatine)

Very good quality, gives no stomach problems and is easy to take the correct dose with the scoop included, normally take this with my pre workout for energy and needed creatine before my gym workout but you can take it anytime, maybe a little pricy but worth it and very effective. Once or twice I have gotten ones that are a bit clumpy but overall a great product

I love the taste of these. I add 2 scoops into a glass of water and collagen every morning.They add a fizz to the water.I don't do weight training, just a lady in her 50s trying to keep my muscle strength up.I do feel stronger from taking these and feel my arms are a little more toned from carrying the dog.

Solid product, been using this one a while. Good value for money too.
