Easy to build and install onto the wall. However if you forget to install something in order it's that well built it's a swine to disassemble to add the part you forgot (Personally experienced), but that shows the construction stability. Once installed on the wall mount brackets it's easy to detach and stable and portable.

Good product that works well, let down by pathetically inadequate assembly instructions, which are an insult to the customer. Too small to read, not clear.

I moved into my new house 9 years ago and found a Hozelock hosepipe and reel there waiting for me. Used it all this time and it’s been great but it has now started to leak where the hose connects into the reel from the tap. With water seeming like our most expensive commodity lately, I thought I’d do the right thing and get a new one to save on what the incessant drips will cost over time. Looking for a like for like replacement with the 60m hosepipe that I need was working out waaaay too expensive and then I came across this. It’s just the reel, but that’s all I needed as there was nothing wrong with my hose. Got it on a prime day deal so the price was excellent in my opinion. It needed putting together which I did with the help of a Hozelock YouTube video which made it super easy. It’s smaller than my last one but I prefer this size as it’s much easier to handle. The typically good Hozelock quality is present throughout and it looks quite smart. It’s not super heavy so I can manage it easily and it rewinds quite easily. It came with all the attachments needed to fix it to the tap - reel - hosepipe - sprayer and as usual with Hozelock, it’s all clip in attachments so super simple. It also came with the wall mounting attachments which I haven’t used but they do look quite good. I have found that it’s definitely sturdy enough to free stand without any problems. All in all, I have a good looking addition to my patio and no more leaks so I’m very happy.

This is fabulous was easy to assemble all the instructions were on the box. This holds my 50m hose easily. The connections came to fit on the wall but I will keep this in the shed in the winter. Quite heavy when the hose pipe is on but has metal handle to support with carrying. This was on offer but would have paid the full price. Well pleased.

The instructions were picture based and not the clearest for threading the internal connection. I did have my doubts about something that sealed while the reel rotated.After nearly a year this has held up. What has failed once and started weeping again is where the hose attaches to the reel. It is a a standard plastic compression fixing and like all such connectors tends to move with time. For an end connector this is not a problem but a nuisance when you have to unwind the whole hose to get to it.Otherwise, easy to operate and holds a good amount of heavy duty hose.

I bought this because I have a long hosepipe (30m) and, for me, too much to carry and keep neat! Then I read some of the reviews that said that this is difficult to put together and I delayed buying it (needed time to think!) In the end I bought it, thinking that if I can't do it then I could get some help.... It arrived quickly and I pulled everything out of the box - found a screwdriver - and proceeded to put the thing together. Yes the hard part was when it said you needed to apply pressure with your hand/s (the drum). I am female, and a pensioner, so no way! I went over to balance myself and stood on it - that worked! The rest of it was put together quickly, and I thought, easily enough. I cut a length off my hosepipe to attach to the tap and the reel, and put on the pieces needed... then, yes, it wasn't easy to get the hosepipe to co-operate with me on winding it onto the reel, and keep going. Yes, I stood on the bar at the bottom otherwise it had a tendency to move, and just kept winding for as long as I could, when I stopped it started to unwind a little bit. I laid as long a length of hosepipe out before hand and just kept going, but 30 metres is a long stretch, so had to do this a few times! It worked and I am very pleased with it. Now it is easy to unwind, use it, wind up and put away. It comes with wall attachments, but since my tap is near the front of my house, I did not want this on view, but it does look simple enough. My garage is nowhere near or I could have it on the wall in there, then a long piece to go from the tap to the reel......

Very difficult to assemble, didn't realise that it would be in so many pieces and the instructions are very poor. It is a good reel once it is built.

Very good trolley for my hose & easy to assemble. Not too heavy to carry around the garden & on to the driveway.

Ürün kalitesi cok iyi. Kurulum için video desteği alırsanız kurulumda daha rahat edersiniz. Yay kullanımı kutu üzerindeki kurulumda gözükmüyor ama videoda var. Uzun vadede yayın kullanımı çok önemli. Hortumsuz sadece kendi hortumunu sarmak için aparat arayanlara tavsiye olunur. İster yerde kullan ister duvara sabitle.

Barely intelligible instructions. Got to a point where I thought I was ready to attach it to the spigot and realized the fittings for my expensive hose were not going to work. At that point I was so fed up with the thing that I decided I wanted to return it but could not get the main section apart and couldn’t find a box big enough to ship it still assembled back to GB. Ridiculous. Went to Home Depot and bought something assembled for nearly the same price and ended up throwing this out. What a waste of money.

A priori, produit de qualité qui semble robuste.Il faut bien réfléchir pour le montage, car une fois les pièces assemblées, elles sont très difficiles (voire impossibles) à repositionner différemment. Particulièrement si vous l'utilisez accroché à un mur, bien penser de quel côté vous voulez la manivelle. A l'intérieur du carton, un grand ressort : aucune indication n'est donné sur son usage. Il faut en fait le positionner en sortie de l'arrivée d'eau au niveau du branchement intérieur du tuyau. L'entretoise de l'axe du tambour doit manifestement être entrée en force.A part l'utilisation du ressort, la notice de montage imprimée sur le carton est assez explicite.Capacité : utilisé sur la terrasse de l'appartement, j'y ai mis un tuyau d'arrosage type caoutchouc de 25m de long et de 13mm de diamètre. On peut aller jusqu'à 30 m mais surement pas 60m de capacité.
