Good product for skin sunscreen

Love it, i have really oily skin and its a gel texture but give a really good moisturizing feeling and absorbs really well bought my and tube a couple weeks ago and obviously no white cast

I’ve been using the Conscious Chemist Berry Bright Sunscreen SPF 50 PA++++ and I’m really impressed with its performance. The gel-based texture is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and feels non-greasy on the skin, making it perfect for daily use, especially for oily and combination skin. It leaves no white cast and works well under makeup. The added niacinamide and blackberry extract help keep the skin calm and fresh even after long sun exposure. It provides strong sun protection and is water resistant too. Overall, a great sunscreen that offers protection, comfort, and skin-friendly ingredients. Highly recommended for everyday use.

(UPDATE- 14/12/23) I have completely stopped using this SPF as it has caused a lot of skin irritation for me. I was correct in figuring the cause of comedones was this SPF. Since I stopped using it my skin has been able to breathe and has been doing better. I would recommend this only to people who do not have sensitive skin and are able to handle some irritation (which mine doesn’t) (UPDATE-24/9/23) I noticed that this one badly clogged my pores and gave me so many closed comedones. I also noticed that even though I double cleanse it, I have a tough time in completely removing and still feel a layer on my skin. Will use it further and update. Here to give my honest review on this SPF! My skin type- Oily combination along with Sensitivity I really enjoyed this SPF so much, this one got me into the habit for reapplying SPF! I really like the fragrance in this too! Here are some pros and cons one can consider before a purchase- Pros 1. Suitable for all skins I bought this SPF during the peak monsoon season when my skin becomes really oily, I was skeptical at first because of how heavy it looks but this sinked into my skin pretty fast and gave a beautiful semi matte finish! 2. Texture This sunscreen has a creamy texture which looks intimidating at first but after using one whole tube I can confirm that it’s pretty nice and isn’t as creamy as it looks and it sinks in pretty fast without leaving skin oily. 3. Water Resistant I’m so happy the brand took feedback and re formulated its sunscreens into water resistant ones! This one surely doesn’t come of with sweat only but I haven’t tried it while swimming. 4. Fragrance The fragrance in this product is a pro for me! I really enjoy fragrances in my skincare products because it makes me look forward to reapplying them again and this actually happened with this! Cons 1. The brands website does not mention how long is the sunscreen water resistant for 30-40 mins or longer. 2. The tube packaging is a hassle. When the product is new it works fairly well but as soon as the amount of the product reduces, it becomes a nightmare to get product out and it splatters everywhere, as it is visible in the pic. 3. It pills a lot on me. I’ve used this sunscreen without any serum or moisturiser underneath but it still pills on me. 4. It stung my eyes once or twice, which stopped after sometime That’s all for my review! Remember everyone’s skin is different so what might work for me wouldn’t for you and vice-versa! I’ve been using the Conscious Chemist Berry Bright Sunscreen and really like how lightweight it feels on the skin. It blends easily without leaving a white cast and gives a fresh, healthy glow. The texture is comfortable for daily wear and doesn’t feel heavy or greasy. It also layers well under makeup and keeps my skin looking hydrated throughout the day. A great SPF option for everyday use.

Received a sunscreen manufactured in 12/2025. The product is already around 9 months old at the time of delivery. I expected a fresher batch, especially for a skincare product. Please ensure that newer batches are shipped to customers.

Good for oily skin easily absorb good smell no harsh I love it 😍

It is ok. The fragrance- It is very mild and pleasant, it's berries you smell. (I am highly sensitive to odours and this didn't give me a sensory overload) this is a point in it's favour. white cast: It does leave a noticeable white cast when applying. It is visible if your skin tone is anywhere between dark to medium tone. But, it vanishes once the sunscreen is absorbed into the skin. This is good too. Matte finish: It gives a matte finish even when using after a moisturizer. I am used to having a glass skin finish/ glow that looks good on camera or anywhere, even without a strobe cream, highlighter or shimmer. So this doesn't cut the deal, in this aspect. Skin irritation: No skin irritation. All brands I have used to so far have given me skin irritation, that I have thought It synonymous with sunscreens. Turns out, it need not be that way. It's very comfortable to wear and doesn't burn my eyes. This is a good thing. This is a deal breaker for me now. I love this. Non - Greasy: Now this may or may not be a good thing depending on your skin's needs. It doesn't leave my skin feeling moistured (even after layering it over a squalene based moisturizer). It doesn't leave it feeling bone dry. It is not sticky. But it's not hydrating either. My skin is a mixed; Dry in certain areas, oily in others. So this really doesn't help my case that way. This is a deal breaker as well. Effectiveness: It is as effective as other sunscreens with SPF50. You do need to reapply it every 2 hrs once for max effectiveness. I am divided on this.. But will definitely consider repurchasing this.

It is very little only 25 percent product inside. Product is good but the person who issued take 75 percent out for other 3 bottles. Disappointing 🙄

Conscious Chemist's purple sunscreen is amazing to apply, and after applying it, my skin feels good and glowy. The scent is also wonderful. However, one thing that disappoints me is the quantity – half of the bottle was empty, and for this amount, the price is too high.
