Incredible for bloating and wind!These peppermint capsules have been incredible for me! I personally suffer with IBS and, although Buscopan helps to get rid of my cramps, I would still be left feeling really bloated afterwards.Since taking these alongside my Buscopan, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my bloating. I’ve also found that they really do help with wind, which has been another massive benefit for me.Obviously everyone is different, but based on my own experience, I genuinely cannot recommend these enough. So good. Work straight away. I used these after surgery for the awful shoulder pains you get from the gas the surgeons use during surgery. They worked immediately. If you suffer from IBS they’re brilliant. If you’re having surgery - get some. It’s just peppermint oil so nothing nasty to worry about.

Does the job

After years of suffering with IBS and most days I have been very bloated with painful spasms and acid refluxTo be honest, I didn't notice much of change at first after starting the colpermin, Odd day needed 2 capsules and still getting some problems. Now, I only take 1 capsule in a morning and found it is all I need.Now been on them 1 month - to give you an example - yesterday we got a takeaway my chicken burger ended up being too spicy and so left half of it. Ate chips and had my large fizzy drink and got muffin too (previously I would have really suffered)Yes I did bloat - but had no spasms or acid reflux at all - I am so happyI have tried other peppermint oil capsules over years but just had peppermint burps (not really been effective). Thanks to colpermin looks like no more sitting for hours with wheat bag on, taking pain relief or laid awake with painful spasms.

I buy these regularly as I have IBS. I take these daily and they really hold a lot of symptoms at bay

Excellent, use them for IBS when other meds don't work. Much better than cheaper peppermint capsules which are less effective.

Recommended by my GP and they seem to work just think they're a bit pricey
