No, the stopper included is more to avoid big floating particles in the air to land in your wine, but it's not a tight seal and I wouldn't recommend thinking it as a mid-long term storing solution. The wine poured in the decanter should be drink soon.

Capacité annoncé exagérée

La capacité réelle utilisable pour bien aérer le vin n'est pas de 1200 ml comme annoncé, 750 ml (une bouteille) atteins le bas du goulot. Pour le reste ce kit est bon.
