How is it "friendly on the evironment" when it is "Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects"?

It is fine to foam your car/bike/machine. Don't put it in ponds lakes or body's of water that have aquatic life living in it.

Can I apply to alloys and under wheel arches undiluted and then hose off can I just use spray bottle no pressure washer cheers

I would dilute it even if just sprayng it on. Not sure it would foam if undiluted.

Can this be used on Motorbikes?

Yes, I have used on my off road motorbike and it is very good

is it OK to use on windscreens

I've used it on my car, including the windscreen, and on my motorbike, with a plastic screen and it cleans everything we!!. It is not detrimental to any finish I have used It on.
