Are the filters packed inside a genuine Brita box or one that is plain white?

They are packed in original brita box and original brita wrapping. Highly recommended and first class delivery.

Hello, I just received this item and after opening few sealed bags I noticed the cartridge is already wet like already used. Is it normal?

For hygiene reasons all BRITA cartridges are subjected to a process of steam sterilisation during production. This procedure can occasionally lead to the formation of water droplets or dampness within the cartridge packaging upon opening. We would like to assure you that this is quite normal and will not in any way affect the quality of your cartridge - BRITACare
