SodaStream Diet Cola, 14.9 Fl Oz, Pack of 4 (Packaging May Vary)

Just like the store bought Soda but at a reduction of cost. I have started using this in replacement of store brand soda and found it to be the same if not better saving money at the same time. Great taste and I would recommend giving this a try.

If you are a DC fan, this will obviously not taste quite right.... But, I find that it is a pretty close replacement. With the cost of soda skyrocketing, I find that it helps to mix in some sodastream soda with the real stuff to save on cost. I'll often mix it with a half can of the real stuff. Plus, you can tinker with the amount of syrup and carbonation that you use to find a taste that you like. I find that putting more of the syrup than called for helps, but still trying to fins the ideal mix.

Four stars for meeting all requirements. Doesn't _exceed_ expectations, so it doesn't get the fifth star. I admit it, I still consider Coke the best cola soda. (Coke is a citrus-cola phosphate, Pepsi is a vanilla-cola phosphate, in case you've wondered what the actual difference is.) But in recent years I've been drinking diet soda more often, and diluting the syrup more, and in that space I'm less picky about exact flavor. The SodaStream-brand syrup isn't _exciting_, but it's comparable to most store-brand colas and entirely acceptable, especially if a small splash of lemon juice is added.

I like the flavor of this more than the big name brand diet colas! Can make a lot of soda for a lot less money than buying at the store. Been using this product for a long time, really enjoy it.

I am happy with this Diet Cola concentrate. I have purchased it several times and will continue.

I bought this because it was cheaper than Ninja’s soda flavor pods. But I am disappointed, the flavor leaves a lot to be desired. I can only describe it as Walmart brand diet cola flavor? Strong on the artificial aftertaste and weak on the quality of the cola flavor. I initially liked the volume you get until i realized that it’s 5x more diluted than ninja’s flavor syrup too, meaning to use with my ninja machine (though admittedly not the intended use for this product), meant manually measuring. The price comes out to maybe half that of ninja’s flavors per 12oz drink made, but i know i will struggle to finish the amount i purchased, as I couldn’t finish my first 12oz drink. I might try to mix this with more expensive diet cola flavor syrups to see if i can salvage some utility and make the taste bearable. But it might just be a total loss. I wish I could’ve bought a single one first.

These Diet Soda Stream Cola w/Splenda was somewhat of a disappointment for me. I can't stand the "taste" of aspartame (which just about everyone uses in their diet drinks), and we use Sucralose in our Ice Tea, and for baking & cooking, and it's indistinguishable from the "taste" of cane sugar to us. The "taste" of this Diet Soda Stream w/Splenda is like a watered down cola, and no longer tastes like a "cola", more like 2/3's of a cola and 1/3 water, and has no "bite" of the phosphoric acid that comes with a cola drink. Tastes more like you left a glass of iced cola for a few hours and the ice melted completely into the drink. I will not be buying this version of Soda Stream Cola in the future. I will stick with the "regular" Soda Stream Cola with the cane sugar, as it's better tasting than any of the name brand Cola's out there, clean and tasty. More like the Mexican Coke Cola made with "cane sugar".
