Put one in the bottom of the Meykers patty press and the burger comes right out ready to stack without making an undue mess of the press.

Nice value and use them right in my press. I put one in bottom put ball of hamburger in, put one on top and press. Burgers come right out and ready to put in freezer:) Don’t get my press as dirty either works great!

We just got a new vacuum sealer machine and burger press that we used for the first time over the weekend. We didn't have any wax paper patty papers so we improvised and just cut a bunch of wax paper square little sheets. It only took about 15# of burger before we decided it would be much easier having the right equipment. Just a few days later we had these. The price was right and working smarter and not harder was definitely the way to go! Looking forward to summer barbecues.

We process our own elk meat. We bought this for hamburgers with the burger press we have. We premade the patties, froze them, and vacuum sealed them to freeze for future use. These worked great in the press. We've eaten some out of the freezer and they come apart well. I would purchase these again. However you get so many of them that they will last forever.

Would have given 5 stars but ad was misleading. Papers do not come with purchase. The press is large, burgers don't stick, pressing handle is heavy and sturdy for pressing perfect burgers.

I make hamburger patties and use them to separate them and freeze them.

for home use, this works well...for a small business maybe not...I had to use my finger nail sometimes to scratch at the paper to start peeling...most of the time it comes off in one piece but once and a while two pieces....for me these work better the parchment paper which my patties stuck so bad I had to thaw out the patty a little to get the paper off.....they are 4.9 inches and with my 5 inch press, sometimes the meat may ooze out the side a little, but not to bad....I think they are worth it....if you are plan to freeze patties make sure your paper is wax paper or the juices will soak through and stick....
