To get his bag from plain to finished requires several carefully taken steps: - Printing the design using specialised ink and thoughtfully cutting it out with scissors or a scalpel - Leaving it for at least 20 mins to dry thoroughly - Preparing the bag by pressing with a professional heat press several times in quick bursts to remove excess moisture which can hinder final quality - Pressing the bag for 30 seconds under high pressure and high heat Finally the bags are given BYKI tags and folded in a way that the design is visible. They are wrapped in jute string and care instructions are slipped under the string.
