TLDR: I’ve never slept better, taste 10/10, super clean, potent/proprietary blend of magnesium that tackles key areas, and supporting a brand with an incredible mission 👏🏻 I want to stand on rooftops and scream how fantastic Pym magnesium is! 10 min after drinking it, I feel my body get all tingly and I lull right to bed. it tastes absolutely delicious - it’s now my lovely bedtime treat. Which is shocking for it’s super clean ingredients and no sugar/sugar alcohols. love that it fits a paleo/low fodmap diet. In the past when I couldn’t sleep, I’d turn to CBD/CBN or melatonin, which can leave me groggy or give me bad dreams. Pym magnesium has easily replaced both, and not only are there no bad side effects, it’s actually boosting my immune system! A month ago my labs came back that I am deficient in magnesium despite a high magnesium diet (Most women are), so I’ve been looking for a viable option. Pym has the perfect blend of all the magnesiums so that it’s well absorbed. It’s also supposed to calm anxiety and boost my mood? Sign me up. Pym is also just a rad brand to support. Contains silicon dioxide which is something I would not expect in what is otherwise a great product. 3rd part tested which is important if you want quality and lack of heavy metals, etc.

Best magnesium for sleep I’ve ever tried!
Wow, this stuff really works to help me sleep! A bit expensive, but worth it. A little goes a long way. Didn’t realize there were so many types of magnesium. I take half the amount suggested and it still knocks me out all night. I rotate it after a few nights if my sleep starts to be interrupted again. (I guess my body needs to “use up” the magnesium until it’s ready for more. Trying to “listen” to my body to find the right balance.)

It works
I will consume this as long as its available, I get a goodnight sleep, less cramping, overall improved mood. 100% recommended, I do wish it was a little cheaper though.

The only one that helps me sleep! It has a great taste and I recommend it to anyone who usually has sleep problems with other magnesium supplements.
