[Update: about 1 month later they are still holding fast and show no signs of failing]What can I say about adhesive pads? Quite a lot, why be concise when you can ramble?I read the reviews before buying. £5.99 for 60 pads seems good and reviews were mostly positive with some questions over the adhesive power.Used these for number plates and since there are 60 in the pack I wasn't sparing in my use, about 10 per plate. I cleaned the surface I was sticking to with white spirit fwiw. Also applied a bit of super glue to each side of the pads just to be safe, although they do seem pretty sticky anyway. Once I was done I wasn't willing to risk a tug but did venture a prod to the sides. They seem stuck pretty good, my suspicion is that if I ever try to remove the nimber plates they'll take half the bumper with them.The packaging they arrived in wasn't perfect meaning 2 or 3 pads had been squashed a bit and the backing tape was coming off.You peel them off a glossy sheet, so I applied this side to my number plates and let it settle for a while. When attaching the other side to the car I found the backing tape a little bit difficult to peel off and did end up taking finger nail sized chunks out of the foam on one or two of them.That's day 1 of my pad experience, will report back with details of pad performance once they have been tested by a bit of time and winter weather.

The tape sticks to whatever surface but when you try to remove the tape from the other side it is difficult to remove. The tape then comes apart and leave a mess. Doesn’t work.

I recently purchased the 20 Pack Double Sided Sticky Foam Pads for Number Plates Car License Plates, and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with the product. These foam pads have proven to be an excellent adhesive solution for attaching car license plates securely.The adhesive strength of these foam pads is remarkable. Once applied, they firmly hold the number plates in place, even during harsh weather conditions or bumpy rides. I appreciate the double-sided feature, as it ensures a strong bond between the foam pad and the number plate as well as the vehicle surface.The convenience of having a 20-pack is another advantage. With an ample supply of foam pads, I was able to replace and attach number plates on multiple vehicles effortlessly. The pads are easy to use, with a simple peel-and-stick application process.

Applied these to a number plate and trying to get the red tape off so I can get the sticky side was a nightmare, it kept ripping all the sticky stuff off!Might be good for other things but not a number plate, don’t feel the quality is good enough to hold plates on.

Wouldn't buy these again.They are very sticky..... but they are not very thick and I had to use a razorblade-thin penknife blade to pick the red plastic film off each one after it was stuck onto the caravan.It literally took me 20 minutes to peal off the coatings from a dozen stickies - but now the number plate is in place it has survived a day and a half without falling off. Unlike the stickies provided with the number plate which lasted about 12 hours before I found the plate on the floor.

UPDATE. Three months after fitting I visited my caravan in the storage compound and found the numberplate lying on the floor. Despite me taking great care when fitting (see original review), the sticky pads had failed. The caravan had only travelled from my home to storage (four miles) then sat in the compound for three months. As a comparison, the previous numberplate had stayed stuck to the caravan for nearly six years, including several thousand miles of towing in all weathers. Those pads came from a local trailer shop, I shall be going back there before our next caravan trip.******************These pads come in a sheet of 20 but are easy to separate. They feel very sticky and the numberplate feels secure after fixing, but of course only time will tell how sticky they are long-term.Having done this many times over the years, my preferred method is to stick several (at least six) pads on the back of the numberplate, then stick the numberplate to the vehicle.I have two tips:(1) Wipe numberplate and vehicle with meths first, to ensure good adhesion.(2) Remnants of previous sticky pads can be removed with meths and an old credit card. The only time I didn't bother cleaning off the remains of old pads and stuck new pads on top of old, I nearly lost a numberplate.

Having been in the motor trade for many years, this type of product can vary in quality and effectiveness. This ticks all the boxes.

Si no quieres hacer agujeros en el coche para la matrícula (en mi caso porque tuve que cambiar las matrículas a la española y no tenía agujeros) se queda perfectamente pegado al coche (en mi caso una superficie es de plástico y otra metálica)
