the plastic "locks" could be better designed beautifully made

Why do they insist on using useless plastic clips???? SO INFURIATING, especially when they know that most users will rip them off straight away and add homemade clips. I'd rather they charged a few pennies more and use metal clips instead. Aside from this glaringly obvious design fault, these things are brilliant

First impression was one of a quality piece of kit. Being made of stainless steel it is naturally heavier than it's aluminium counter parts but on the plus side it's solid, and easy to clean. It fits my trangia stove neatly and the trangia handle fits on the rolled edge neatly. The only down side is the plastic clip arrangement, but as it won't be used over an open fire I don't see it as a problem, but they are easily removable should you need to remove them. All in all, a nice addition to my cooking pots.

Bought this for cooking and brews whilst out in the woods, the size is perfect for 1/2 people and as they are stainless they should last a lifetime.Only negative is that Zebra should have by now looked at how people are using and modifying this product, taken note and made these modifications at the factory - the plastic little holders get thrown away as they will melt over an open fire, the rigid handles get taken off and wire steel bail's get installed to make them pack smaller. Granted these are also sold as a type of 'tiffin box' which will hold your lunch whilst you walk to work but I'd bet the majority of them here in the UK are now used for Bushcrafting and cooking over an open fire, for which with the minor modifications mentioned above they are probably without peer.

Totally happy with this pot. WAy big enough for one person to eat and the inner dish i use for a mini saucepan for lentils or such like. I took the plastic clip things off as i wanted to use it over a fire. But to be honest it doesn't even need them. i use a trangia pot gripper handle to hold the pot and it picks it up perfectly. its a great size and fits in my bike feed bag nicely on the handlebars. Holds coleman c300 gas bottle in it while cycling and other stuff to eat as i go... Cleans up super easy and is well tough and sturdy. Great pot!!

Very well made super bit of kit. Great for camp fires or an evening meal down by the river watching the sunset with the kids and grandkids. These clean easy and if looked after will last years - so great value for money. You get what you pay for

Perfect for 1 person camping trips

Nice addition to a camping cookset. I would have taken away half a star for the nylon/plastic retaining clips but as you can't do that...This problem has now been addressed by Zebra, and Billy Cans can be bought with metal clips at a little extra cost.At the end of the day it is a cookpot and it works fine.
