Fantastic
At £22.99 this is fantastic. It heats up quick, isnt too heavy and just glides over your clothes. There is an option to use with or without steam and i always use without and have no issues at all. Infact I prefer this to a £100 big branded one.

Good Basic Iron
I had to get a new iron as now The Boy has started a new job that involves being in an office with a dress code we definitely needed one as shirts got to be ironed (sadly). This is a decent basic iron that is great for just general household ironing - it would probably stand up to a bit of heavier use for a dressmaker as well but I don't need to do enough ironing to test that. The biggest issue I have with this iron is that the power cable is simply far too short. I am 5' 11" so if I am using an ironing board it needs to be set to a higher level to enable me to iron without bending too much. The cable is so short that plugged in to a floor level socket it just reaches the top of the ironing board with only a little bit of slack. This means I can't easily iron anything larger than a cotton handkerchief.I do have a workaround which is folding a couple of bath sheets and laying them on the dining table and then plugging the iron in to an extension cable which allows easy movement of the iron and ironing of larger items but it is all a bit of a faff and unless you are just ironing flat items then it isn't really practical. Balancing an extension cable on the end of the ironing board just feels too unsafe. The temperature settings seem to be okay and I haven't scorched any man made fibres yet and have good crisp creases on cotton items so I can only assume the temperature is fairly accurate. I'm not convinced about the efficacy of the steam shot but it does produce steam - I think my issues with this are more down to an inept operator than anything inherent with the iron.Overall this would have been a 4 Star if only that power cable wasn't so prohibitively short.

Good value
Good quality, works really well, powerful.Easy to control. The cable could be a bit longer, especially if you need to iron curtains.Good value.

Not happy with this iron
Maybe I'm not using it right, but my clothes keep sticking to it and sometimes even burn! The water is easy enough to put in it, and I would start off with the low setting incase it got too hot. The low setting didn't remove the creases. Once I increased the setting my clothes keep sticking/burning.I don't know if it's me, but my experience with this iron is not a good one.

Good iron but short cord
This is a top quality Iron, both the iron heat and steam production work well. The only issue I had was that the cord is a little short, just over 1m which impacts on the flexibility of use.
