After melting my last nylon spatula and many bad attempts at scraping off food with the nearest utensil I had left (a metal fish slice), I started looking for a replacement. I've bought a few KitchenCraft utensils before, so when I saw the price of this I decided to give it a try. I went for the metal handle rather than the soft grip option and I'm impressed with the quality feel and the flexibility in the blade. It bends well enough that I can get it to bend around the sides of my frying pan and it's blade is big enough that I can get it easily to the centre of the pan. It's not heavy, but it certainly doesn't feel cheaply made. The most telling sign is that so far, I haven't managed to melt it and if you knew my track record in the kitchen you would be impressed! This plastic Spatula is of good quality! Easy to use & non-stick, (which is a good help). Very good quality for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend

Great flexibility

Just what I needed to make my traditional hungarian crépes, however, from the very first use the end of it started fraying. Little bits of plastic is not what I want in my food, and I'm not that happy I have to trim it to fix it until it starts coming apart again.

I have wanted one of these for years, and now I find it invaluable when making crepes.
