So far so good. Great way to add creatine and ensure there is a consistent presence in your muscles. The dosing is somewhat low still for recommended daily intake. I take 4 every morning and 4 every night to get to 4g of creatine, then mix powdered creatine in my meals and drinks to get to the optimal daily intake. It’s a lot of pills, but it helps ensure you have enough in your system to be effective.

Just what I was looking for in this product. Very easily dissolved with no discernible taste.

The only review I can give this product is based on a doctor’s recommendation to take it for its various health benefits including brain function, metabolism and building lean muscle. (Lots of bang for the buck!) This particular brand—after looking at the options available —I felt was a good value for the price. Does it do what it claims to do? Hopefully. Certainly no ill effects.

Easy to swallow

I’ve been using this creatine powder for about a month now, and overall it’s been really solid. It mixes pretty well in water or a protein shake—there’s a tiny bit of grit sometimes, but nothing major. I like that it’s unflavored, so I can add it to anything without changing the taste.

As others have mentioned it does clump a bit but keeping it in a dry and cool place with extra desiccant packs will help. Not a big deal regardless. Repurchased my second tub already.

Initially the powder was fine, but after about a week or so the powder started clumping and become hard

Comes as a very fine powder, but quickly clumps up within days. Becomes hard to scoop and dissolve. If not dissolved well, it will leave a strong and slightly pungent taste.
